I buy it by the 6-pack
I have a cupboard devoted entirely to hot sauce and this is one of my favourites. It strikes the balance between fierce heat, the fistful of fruit from the bhut jolokia peppers and sweetness & acidity to tie it all together into the best sauce to dribble over tacos, stir into mayo for a grilled chicken dip or wake a stew up from a deep slumber.

Their best sauce!
Hands down their best sauce, I used to always chase the hottest sauce available, sometimes at the sacrifice of flavour, but this is the perfect balance. Still a nice chilli heat, a short burn and a delicious aftertaste, goes well on anything! And at a pound a bottle, rude not to buy 20 or so!

Excellent quality
Lovely flavours got a nice kick to them , unfortunately one had a crack in the side of the bottle so had to bin one , but will buy again
