Outstanding blend of spices.
This curry powder (mind you, I'm not an expert) is perfect for any number of recipes whether sweet, spicy, or savory. I've managed to buy several over the years that just weren't quite right. Not growing up eating or making Indian cuisine, I never knew exactly what to buyers how to combine flavors, so I made many mistakes. This is so simple and very flavorful. I now make a curry chicken salad that people beg me to bring.

Being a huge fan of Curry powder, I was greatly disappointed when I read the ingredients of my usual brand and saw the amount of salt in the mix. This Curry has no salt at all and tastes great. I decided to order more and even though they have raised the price since last week? I will buy it anyway. Completely satisfied with the product itself.
