only black worked. Colored ink were rejected by the HP printer.Katie reached out and offered free replacement or a refund. Customer service is the key for internet ordering... their price is very good, and it's a no risk situation...as they want to make sure the customer is happy. As repeat orders are the objective, I'm sure...

A week ago I was contacted by Katie Jones at lestic us with regard to the problem I had with the black ink cartridge that did not work as noted in my previous review. She was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience and stated that there was an issue with the recent HP firmware update and that the issue had been resolved and was willing to send me a new set of cartridges to try in my printer. I agreed and the cartridges arrived within 2 days. When I put them into the printer, it recognized all of the cartridges and the test pages were perfect. I appreciate the level of customer service that lestic us showed me, and seeing firsthand their commitment to make things right gives me the confidence to order this product from them in the future. I have upgraded my overall rating from 3 to 5 stars.Original review:When I ordered this product it arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I had to use the magenta and cyan cartridges right away, but did not need to use the yellow or black cartridges. Three months later when I went to replace the black cartridge, it would not recognize it. I tried all the normal methods such as taking it out and blowing canned air on the sensor and put it back in. Put the old cartridge in and then try the new one again... etc. Nothing worked. I contacted the seller (lestic us) but after a week I received no reply. I contacted Amazon customer service and even though I had missed my return date by 2 weeks, the kindly offered me a refund once I returned all of the cartridges.

I received these today, and yes they cost a little less than the original HP cartridges, but in comparison, they are also slightly thinner, and i'm sure they hold a little bit less ink than the OEM XL ones, simply because of the physical capacity. The good thing is that the printer (OfficeJet Pro 9025) does work with them, but you get a warning message saying that HP does not guarantees the quality of the product. So yes, the pinter knows these are not genuine, but at least it still lets you use them, although i'm sure HP will use this as an excuse to not honor the warranty of the printer, in case yours is still under warranty, mine isn't so i don't care.Depending on how long these last, compared to the original HP ones, i may or may not buy it again, what concerned me a bit was the smaller size, but that doesn't necessarily mean the amount of ink they contain is inadequate, and even though these are cheaper than the hps, they are still kinda expensive. The Epson InkTank printers eradicate the ink problem from your head, but the ink is way less vibrant and you have to be printing constantly, because if the ink dries inside the printhead, this renders the printer a paperweight.

After going into shock at the prices HP was demanding for HP 9025 printer cartridges, I bought a set of these aftermarket alternatives. It was quite a while before I had to use the cartridges, and sometime between the time I bought them and used them, HP inserted software into one of their updates intended to block the use of non HP products. When I tried to use the cartridges, my printer wouldn't operate unless I removed them, and I gave a 1 star review. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by Katie who explained the situation and offered me my choice of either their new updated cartridges or a full refund. I took the first option. The new cartridges arrived a few days later and worked flawlessly, at a fraction of the cost of the HP products. These people showed me that they stand behind their products and care about their customers. I am ordering another set for my wife's printer.

Received quickly and packaged fine. Came with instructions, as other reviewers mentioned if there is any error code. Had no issues as it installed the same as a HP new cartridge in a HP OfficeJet Pro 9018. The instructions for clearing the error (if present) seemed very clear and simple to follow.Ink came out cleanly with first print. I believe the ink dries a little slower but I just leave it to sit an extra second or so. As an experienced R&D formulation chemist in the flexible ink industry I know this is just a slight difference in ink formulation and had no effect on the saturation, color, or any other aspect of the print for general home and business use. I use this home printer regularly to make certain color certificate docs and this ink works well. Have NO idea about its ability to print high quality photos as this printer is not used for this purpose.I'm likely buying again to have another set as back up.

These ink cartridges worked seamlessly and prints with quality. I did not like the idea that the HP ink cartridge Instant Ink plan has monitoring chips in them and would not allow any printing on your own printer if not subscribed to their plan. Even the trial period I had new ink cartridges to continue to use and they locked my printer until I subscribed. No way am I doing that. I had to invest more than anticipated to replace all of the cartridges but was happy to find these ink cartridges at a discount. I was skeptical not sure if they would work but they installed without any difficulty or issues. I will definitely use these again.
