Great product. Works for me without making my intestines go crazy.

I've read quite a few reviews about this product, saying how it helps with constipation. And it does. However, it does more than that. For the last 16 years I've been suffering from what I eventually found out was IBS-C. I had it so bad that I went from a 40 year old long distance cyclist, weight lifter, runner, etc to a 55 year old fat and lazy tub of goo. My stomach has always been very active - with loud gurgling and quick emptying. The IBS brought this to a screeching halt! I became so bloated and backed up that I began to have massive panic attacks (The thought being that I had such massive bloating that it pressed on the Vagus Nerve which caused the anxiety). I've been on Movantik the last few months and it helps quite a bit (this is one of those 'OMG! This medicine costs how much??!?'). I added Digestic about a week and a half now, and it's helped a lot more than I had anticipated. While it hasn't returned me to 16 years ago, it's helped with the anxiety and depression because my stomach is active again. I did have diarrhea for about half a day when I first started it, but I expected that. After that my stomach juices began flowing again! One thing I've noticed is that if your symptoms return, drinking around 16oz of water will kick it back into action. This stuff works pretty well, and I'll continue taking it.

I was trying a line and somebody is in the reviews I'll reach out to me with a couple questions I had and suggested this product and I'm using this with a line a line in the morning two of these or one of those at night and for once in my life I'm actually being able to go to the bathroom everyday and that's never happened I got back on linzess that my doctor had me on feeling happy and lucky that my insurance finally covered it because it was $549 ridiculous right but you know what when I started taking it again I remembered that I was only going maybe every 3 or 4 days and it was making me bloated and rocks and everything and I started taking this again and I stopped three days into it cuz I'm like I stopped taking the other medicine he suggested taking maybe one with the linzess but I just feel like that's really clogging me up and I noticed like with the other pills my combination to of this and one a line in the morning to these at night I was actually releasing gas not with no problem I wasn't bloated all the time anymore it wasn't a strain to go to the bathroom so everything was amazing so thank you to the woman who recommended this stuff for me it is kind of an expensive regimen to do every month but it's very nice to be able to go to the bathroom every day I've never ever been able to do that thank you to that lady again and her advice to try it

I use a glp-1 and have tried a bunch of different products to help w constipation. Unfortunately I can add this to the “doesn’t work” pile. I took almost 10 in a span of 3 days with zero movement. I don’t want have a blockage so I had to use one I knows works. I was just hoping for better ingredients.

Love this product. Used to buy it in France. Happy to be able to buy it in US. My doctor approved it. It helps a lot with my IBS

This stuff works for constipation, however I had severe stomach cramping maybe I didn't drink enough water with it???? I prefer Mag O 7 instead, you have a bit more bowel control, no cramping and it will clear you out.

I have been taking it for two years. I stopped taking it a month ago. I found that I can't live without this product. Because after stopping, it will be more difficult to go to the toilet. Then I started taking it again. It started to become smooth again! So I started taking it again. What should I do? I have to admit that it is very effective, but it will make us more dependent on this product.

I bought this first time when I was in Paris at a pharmacy. Love it, could not find in the states when I got home so I had to order on line and had to pay $10 in shipping!. It was not a available on Amazon at the time but so glad they have it now. I take 1 day and have been for 4 months now. Not sure I could go without now. Very gentle on your stomach no cramping

J’étais une constipée sévère et chronique a cause notamment d’une endométriose digestive. Je passais des jours (largement plus de 3) sans aller aux toilettes. Ça faisait tellement mal et c’était inconfortable. Les sachets ne fonctionnait pas, même en prenant 6 par jour en cure. Le dulcolax fonctionnait au prix de très fortes douleurs abdominales et il fallait au bout d’un moment augmenter la dose pour avoir des effets. Donc impossible à prendre tous les jours et sur le long terme. Ça fait un mois que je prends ce produit tous les jours, 2 capsules par jour. Avec mon historique de constipée sévère, le 1er jour j’ai pris 6 capsules réparties sur la journée. C’est le dosage maximum autorisé. Je me suis littéralement vidée! Sans douleur, mais les allers-retours aux toilettes ont duré des heures. Après une pause de 24h sans rien prendre, je suis immédiatement revenue à 2 capsules par jour. Je n’ai jamais eu besoin d’augmenter le dosage pour que les effets soient toujours là. Ça fait un mois que je ne connais plus de constipation, je vais à la selle chaque jour. Je n’ai plus de crampes ni douleur comme avec le dulcolax. J’en suis à mon 2e flacon. Le prix est élevé mais c’est le seul produit qui m’a libéré de la constipation sans effet secondaire ni accoutumance (besoin d’augmenter la quantité). Je préfère le prendre le matin au réveil plutôt que le soir pour ne pas être réveiller par une envie la nuit. Ça agit en général au bout de 8h en moyenne, parfois moins.

Constipée sévère et chronique en raison d'un syndrome du colon irritable, j'ai expérimenté pendant des années les médicaments laxatifs prescrits par les médecins, dont il fallait chaque fois augmenter la dose et qui finissaient toujours par ne plus avoir aucun effet. Depuis plusieurs années, je gère moi-même mes problèmes de constipation, avec une alimentation riche en fibres (qui donne une sévère diarrhée à tous mes proches qui ont voulu tenter de manger comme moi ^^), en buvant beaucoup d'eau, en veillant à avoir une activité physique suffisante et en prenant des compléments alimentaires, car malgré une bonne hygiène de vie, la constipation est toujours là. Bref, je prends des laxatifs "naturels" depuis longtemps, je fais des mélange, je dépasse les doses (avec l'accord de mon gastro-entérologue). J'en ai trouvé plusieurs qui sont très efficaces mais qui donnent des crampes intestinales et des diarrhées fulgurantes. Je teste Digestic depuis quelques jours, et il me semble efficace. Il me permet d'avoir un transit correct et surtout sans me retourner le ventre ou donner des diarrhées. A voir dans le temps, mais pour l'instant, il est vraiment satisfaisant. Seul bémol : son prix très élevé.

J'ai pris peur quand un naturopathe m'a affirmé qu'il était indispensable d'aller à la selle chaque jour, ce qui ne m'était jamais arrivé, alors que mon âge est riche de plusieurs dizaines d'anniversaires... J'ai essayé d'autres produits pour obtenir une régularité que je n'ai jamais connue, et c'est le seul qui fasse le job, en douceur. Utilisation au long terme suggérée : donc rassurant. Sa composition semble naturelle, donc adopté ! Le prix est un peu élevé, cependant, et c'est ma seule réserve. J'ajoute, lors de la 2 ème commande en octobre 23, que la composition a évolué depuis ma précédente commande de septembre : "Ingrédients actifs : Papaye, aloe ferox, cardamome, fenouil" auxquels ont été ajoutés bourdaine + cascara + Séné. Il faudrait donc actualiser le descriptif... P.S. je lis certains commentaires récents qui précisent que séné et cascara, ne sont pas à utiliser au long terme. Merci aux commentateurs. Donc je vais arrêter ma consommation... Mais vers quelle solution se tourner ?
