My teen daughter got this and loves it! Great size like coloring book. Great material. Perfect size to document information. Love it!

I have been using this tracker (alongside the My Fitness Pal app). I like that it has funny motivating quotes on every other page and has you do a self-check-in with diet, exercise, and mood.After using it for a week, I am happy overall; I just wish that they had more lines for tracking workouts.

It’s a little bigger than I thought it would be, but I also didn’t read the measurements so that’s my bad! It should be a great tool and I’m excited to start using mine next week.

I was surprised at the large size, it had spaces for all information you might want to keep, but keeping it in kitchen took up too much room.

The journal is quite simple: 90 days of tracking and recording with some positive quotes and a review section after each month. Not the most inventive but straight forward and does the job.Sadly, mine arrived looking a little worse for wear. It seems to have been stored somewhere damp which has affected the pages and cover as shown in the pictures. Still usable but not suitable for a gift. I requested a return and the refund has been issued. Impressive service. Hopefully it’s a one off issue as it’s a sweet, simple journal.

The book came and I didn’t realise how huge it would be, this may be my fault because I should have checked dimensions but I would have preferred something a bit smaller, the detail inside is good but the layout looks very simple/ childlike and not asthetically pleasing, not a fan

Simply the best journal I got from the internet. It is huge, 90 days with weekly updates, 30 days updates etc..I got myself 2 books and I am more than happy with them!
