Very good audio quality both for the headphones and the mic. Comfortable to wear a long time, although a bit too tight at first. The headphones are comfortable for the ears. A lot bigger than I thought, the headset is huge, not convenient to pack for a travelling consultant like myself. The only thing I'm not sure about is the way the mic is designed, I'm afraid to repeatedly pull and push and will eventually break the wiring connection. The mic for my other old headset folds up and down, and is still working well after a few years, and I can just fold it up away from my mouth for a sip of drink while wearing the headset. I like that design better.By the way, I selected "ship in Amazon packaging" but it came in the original product package with just a label slapped on. Not a reflection of the quality of the product or the seller, it's poor Amazon shipping service.

Great headphones, exceptional sound for my 63 year old, concert addled ears (I still hear mosquitos though). Had to give them 3-stars due to cord noise. The braid cord is stylish, and I thought a great touch. Unfortunately, if you move, the cord slides against AN YTHING and makes a raspy noise that is heard through the ear pieces. I gave them to my wife as she really liked them. Six-weeks later, she noticed the cord rasp, and that was that. I ended up modifying the cord with rubber cement (very light coat) which really cut the rasp and now she likes them again. SO: 5 stars for sound, both volume and quality.1 star for cord implementation.

Sound quality is decent and it's nice and comfortable. The mute button died after only about a week, which is normally not a huge issue, but can be a problem occasionally. Still, for the price, it's not a big deal.

Works great. Only have a few issues where I don't get sound but I simple unplug from the xbox controller & it works. Not sure if it's the controller or headset

the product is great, the problem I have is that they arrived in an unsealed box, I'm amazed that nothing was interfered with, having received packages before that had been opened, this was in it's original box, no tape over the locking flap, yet, everything was there, from experience, this will not always be the case, Improve your security, or customers will be disapointed

They sound great and the mic quality is good. However I thought I had pretty small ears but my ears still touch the cushioning inside and make the headphones a bit uncomfortable after a while. Still a good buy.

They are comfortable and do not scrunch your ears the padding surrounds them instead of it pushing on them. The only dislike I have is it's a bit heavy on the head, but you do get use to it.
