Out of all the brands I have tried, this one is the toughest pet stain remover
Trust me, I have experience with these cleaners. Over the years we have introduced many animals into our family. All of them have gone through some degree of carpet accidents while being toilet trained. I have experienced many good and bad products throughout the years.Right off the bat, I can tell you that Nature's Miracle Advanced is the best I have tried.New dog in the home, a Pug that is stubborn when it comes to being housebroken. Right now I am going through a small crisis of having to deal with rug accidents on a daily basis. Thank God for this spray.Let me give you some tips on how to effectively use this spray and remove potential and existing stains...1. First of all, it's important that you clean up urine as soon as possible. The more opportunity it has to sit and dry, the more difficult it will be to remove the stain.2. First course of action is to take a nice wad of paper toweling and completely blot/absorb the urine from the carpet3. Next, give the area a nice dose of Nature's Miracle spray. Take another wad of paper toweling, place it over the treatment, and put a heavy object on top of it so that the toweling can soak everything in overnight. If you allow the toweling to sit with a heavy object over it for several hours, you will find that there will be no stain residue left on your carpeting. For stains that already exist from dried urine, your mileage may vary. Many times I can use the same process above and completely remove stains. Other times, it's just not as successful. What I like about this brand over others is the fact that it has a nice smell to it. It certainly overpowers urine or feces odor. Some may not like the odor it produces, but I think it gives a reassuring fragrance.I buy a bottle of this product every month. It's an absolute lifesaver when dealing with an animal that has not yet learned to use the litterbox or go outdoors. It does an incredible job of preventing stains when acted upon immediately. It does a decent job of removing existing stains that have been sitting for a longer amount of time.Take my word for it, this brand and product outdoes the many other similar type stain removers I have tried. I think you will be very happy with its performance.

100% effective -- and not just for pet odors & stains
I board dogs in my home and have used this product on almost a daily basis for many years. For any dog "accident" I don't bother with any kind of cleaner at all, I just wipe up the mess with paper towels and then use Advanced Nature's Miracle to "clean" the area. On hard surface floors I use one spray and paper towels to wipe up any remaining urine or fecal matter, another spray and wipe to remove any possible leftovers, and a 3rd light spray that I let dry on the floor. There is never any dog-odor in my home. I use it on hardwood floors, a vinyl floor and porcelain tile. I also use it successfully on carpet spots -- first blot up as much of the mess as possible, then saturate the area with ANM, and let sit a few minutes, then blot all the wetness up with a lot of paper towels folded up -- you can stand on them to help wick up the moisture. I've taken up some pretty hellacious stains very successfully with this product. Sometimes it takes multiple applications of saturating and blotting on carpeting, but I've never had a stain or odor I couldn't get rid of.Most recently I used it in a situation that I thought was hopeless and ANM still worked. I live in an old home in a semi-rural area. When the weather was humid there was a smell in a lower level bedroom I couldn't get rid of and it turned out many generations of mice had set up housekeeping inside the wall between the drywall and the foundation. The foundation was half-height in this room (with the windows at ground level), so there was a shelf built on top of the foundation half-wall that ran the length of the outside wall and it turned out that the original construction technique provided a "super-highway" for the mice to run on top of the foundation and drop down between ALL the studs, not just one spot. We had to remove all the drywall and I was horrified to discover the mice had been living there for decades. It took that long for the accumulated mouse-urine smell to finally permeate the drywall. The filth they left behind was overwhelming. We removed and threw out all the drywall. What remained was the concrete foundation and the wooden studs that would hold up the drywall. The fecal matter and urine were caked like pools of dried tar on both horizontal and vertical surfaces of both the wood and concrete. It was a daunting project, but I really didn't want to burn the house down and start over. I scraped off what I could with a putty knife and then working with a small section at a time, I'd thoroughly spray with Advanced Nature's Miracle, scrub like the dickens with a stiff brush, then blot up the disgusting mess with paper towels and repeat the process. At the end of the day I sprayed the entire concrete and wood surface until saturated and left it over night to dry. The next day I repeated the entire process. It was a lot of work, but in the end I had pretty much eliminated the mouse odor altogether. You couldn't smell it when you walked into the room and could only get a faint whiff if you put your nose right up to the wood. The wooden studs that had appeared almost black with mouse-waste now appeared to look like normal wood for the most part.I didn't know how deep into the wood I could get the ANM to penetrate, but I was very satisfied with the point we had reached and I thought a couple of coats of primer would finish the job. I put a fan on it and dried it thoroughly for a few days. After that I applied 3 coats of Kilz Maximum primer, letting it dry 24 hours between coats. At the end of this ordeal, there was absolutely no bleed through on the primer and there was not the faintest trace of mouse leftover. The foundation and studs were hospital-white and everything smelled clean and fresh. An absolutely amazing transformation.Advanced Natures Miracle works - but you have to follow the directions. Sometimes it takes some elbow grease to help it work, but it is effective if you allow it to saturate whatever is holding the odor so it can do its job. Sometimes you have to repeat the process -- but if you want to end up with a clean, fresh space afterwards, Advanced Nature's Miracle is definitely the product to use.

This stuff works!
We have a dog that always stinks. She has a recliner that she sits in everyday. It holds the dog funk but every day or two I use this to clean the recliner. I was impressed how much it actually works.
