Good Quality Case - Frustrating Installation
It's a nice case, once you figure out how to get the board in properly. The installation of the board was rather tricky, it took me 20 minutes of fiddling to get everything to line up properly. There's 4 mounting holes on the bottom of the case that are raised to fit inside the 4 screw holes on the Raspberry Pi. The fitment of the board in the case is extremely tight making it difficult for the mounting holes to go through the board. I actually almost gave up and sent it back until I decided to give it one last try.The fan for the case is good quality. The instructions provide installation instructions to connect it wither 5.v or 3.v. Installing the fan 5.v runs extremely loud so I flipped it to 3.v which is whisper quiet and does a fine job pulling air. My only gripe with the fan is that there are no arrows to show you which direction the airflow is pulled. If you install it according to the photo air is pulled in. I wanted the air to be pulled out of the case so I installed the fan so the sticker is facing out of the case (visible through the top of the case)Pros:Sturdy caseSlim designFan is good quality and moves a good amount of air.Cons:Extremely frustrating to get the board to fit properly in the case due to its slim design and the mounting pegs.Overall this is a good quality case. You'll definitely feel that you get a good quality product for your money.

Great Product, Great Value, Little Extra Wire
This case is a great value. I have an ODROID-C2 installed inside, which generates a bit of heat, and the accompanying fan works wonders! I have the fan running in the 5V mode, and it produces a bit of sound. Not too much, but I certainly can hear it from the desk next to me.It took a bit of repositioning to get the ODROID-C2 to fit, but once I had the right angle it snapped in like a glove. It would be nice to have a bit better visibility of the ODROID's LEDs, but since this case also fits Raspberry PI, I'm not sure it would be a feature worth adding.Only downside is the fan cable. It's a bit long, leaving the wire just "floating" inside. Other than that, a great product.

Fantastic Case
Absolutely solid piece of hardware. I've bought a bunch of Pi3 cases and all of them had flaws, this one is fantastic.- Actual screw mounts for the pi itself (instead of clips or some sort of assembly, so more like a real motherboard mount)- Comes with a fan (and easily modable, I was able to do a quick mod to fit my 40mm 5v Noctua, and by quick like 5 minutes)- The case clam shells together and then secures itself further with a screw through the back through the board into the case holding it firmly.- Great thermals, overclocked to 1.4ghz CPU / 550mhz GPU, thermal benchmarks at full load around ~50c/120f*- Lots of room for cables inside and sturdy construction.- And despite what other reviewers say (or lack of fingernails), you can get the SD card out with minimal effort.[*] Hardware UsedRaspberry Pi 3Mudder Black Aluminum Heatsinks (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GE7Q060/)Arctic Silver - Arctic Alumina Thermal Epoxy (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0009IQ1BU/)Noctua 40mm 5v Fan (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NEMGCIA/)

Decent, but not well built
The case is nice, and does keep the Raspberry Pi 3 / RPi3 cooler. It went from 75 C with the CanaKit case, to 52 C with heatsinks, and this case with the fan running. It was a bit difficult to get the Pi to actually fit. You can't simply drop it in. You have to align the HDMI / Audio / USB power ports with the recessed plastic cutouts. I had to bend the USB + Ethernet plastic pillars forward a bit to get the board to slide into place. After that, you screw everything down together, connect the fan to the GPIO pins, close the case up, secure the longest screw into the bottom to keep the case together, and stick on the small plastic feet. I would NOT suggest using this case if you want to easily take the Pi out. However, if you want to use it as a settop box, running OSMC / Kodi, or for gaming with Retropie, it works very nicely. The microSD card slot section is a bit too small, it's difficult to swap in and out the cards. I'll get a dremel sometime and enlarge it a bit. I was previously using a Makerfire w/ fan case. This one is more sturdy, and lets you screw down the board to the case. You can hear the fan in quiet room, but it's not noticeable once you start watching a video or playing a game.*** After 2 weeks ***The fan has gotten REALLY loud. I think it is misaligned, and is very distracting. I replaced the case with another one.

Cool Case for Raspberry Pi
This case is one of the more practical cases available when you consider cost versus functionality. Not only does it look nice while protecting your Raspberry Pi, but it also keeps the microprocessor cool via the small fan that is included and which mounts neatly inside the lid of the case. I used it with a Pi3 and it works perfectly however the status lights are somewhat obscured by the case. The case also has a slit for a ribbon cable in case you want easy access to the Raspberry Pi's GPIO pins. Great product!!

Breaks SD cards
Case fit my Raspberry Pi B with the exception of the SD card. It caused my SD card to snap in half. There’s not enough clearance for the SF card to be inserted. The design needs to be reworked.

Nice case and comes with a small fan
Nice case and comes with a small fan, rather nice. Its a good fit for the RPi, but not the Odroid C2. The C2's uSD card cannot be removed while in h the case. I used a soldering iron to melt a slot in the side to allow me to change out the C2's uSD card. Get a C2-specific case for that board. This isn't the case's fault so I did not hold it against the case in my rating. Just don't use it where it's not supposed to be used.
