FlagPole Buddy RV Flag Pole Kit 22 Feet

I bought this flagpole a year ago as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. This past July 4th we were at the beach when a very windy storm occurred overnight. Unfortunately the pole snapped in two places. My husband was devastated. I wrote the seller and explained what had happened. They responded very quickly and told me that they would ship us a new one at no cost. I can’t say enough about the customer service. To how quickly they responded and the fact that they shipped us a new pole at no expensive was certainly unexpected. If you’re looking for a good flagpole and great customer service look no further!

This flag pole is easy to install and use. It gets the flag(s) [I fly the American and Texas flags] up above the class A so that they can be seen. It's sturdy and very wind rollers tolerant. I'm very happy that I chose this system over those others that I've seen people use and have trouble with, or have big contraptions to put together.

This flagpole buddy certainly is easy to set up, install and take down. I made the huge mistake of purchasing the 22 foot long flag pole buddy. It does not stay in place on a windy day. 25 mph winds rips it out of it's holder and throws it across the campsite. I always use the 1/4" fastener bolt at the bottom and it somehow rips the flagpole out even while fastened with the bolt. My neighbor uses the shorter version. I suppose the 12 foot long flag pole. The shorter the better for windy conditions. I am so disappointed with this product. I wish I could return it for a 12 foot long Flag pole instead. My neighbors 12 foot never comes out in the wind. My flag pole fasteners are installed exactly as described in their instructions but I believe it is just too darn long and flimsy up that high. Do yourself a favor and by the shortest one.

This flag pole handled beach/storm winds well. My suggestion is to use a lubricant on the grommets for the flag attach rings. The flag got bunched up on the bottom end because in ring wouldn’t turn in the grommet. This is a two flag pole hence the height, if you intend to fly only one Flag you probably don’t need a 22’ pole. It is very easy to put up and take down, keep in mind it’s going to rattle in the pole holder and you’ll get some noise if you have it mounted over you sleeping area. It’s a quality flag pole and I’d buy it again.
