I can't say for sure the quality of the leather, but it is all leather. The bill feels like it's a plastic bill. The hat itself is insulated, Like a cold weather cap.

What does that giant name plate on the back say? And can you remove it?

It doesn't say anything it's blank. You don't want to remove it because it acts as a clasp and keeps the leather's strap tight.

What does the hat’s logo words shunlimaoye & thatare mean?
