This is High-quality Wheatgrass Juice powder
I take 1/2 teaspoon or so with some other herb powders (most of them I buy on Amazon or at Whole Foods - alfalfa powder, spirulina powder, turkeytail myshroom powder, etc., - mixed in about half-cup of water on an empty stomach about 10-15 minutes before eating. I may take some twice a day in water between meals, or as part of a periodic cleanse. This is So much simpler ( and less expensive) than juicing Wheatgrass, which i did do daily for several years. I really appreciate the trouble this company has gone to to offer such a fine product at a reasonable price. The color is a vivid emerald green. The flavor is very much like fresh Wheat grass juice- a little sweet, a little light spiciness, and very refreshing. Wheatgrass juice seems to me to be a fine gentle daily detoxifier. I keep it in thw fridge, in a clear plastic open box , with the other herb powders, the bags rolled down and clamped closed with a tight clip. Or I transfer the powder to the right sort of small jar, when I can find one. It's always kept in the fridge.

fine powder--
This product has a slightly intense flavor, but I expected it, being so concentrated. I like that I can use less for better flavor in a smoothie, while not sacrificing any health benefits. TDC

What is this stuff?
I'm buying new wheat grass juice after using this product for a week after Amazon refused to take it back. It doesn't look, taste or smell like wheat grass juice. Taste is terrible. even with a hand blender and whisk attachment it still clumps and that is tough first thing in the morn. Very very disappointed. This is my FIRST one star review, because I've never been so dissatisfied with an Amazon purchases (I have returned others).

First bag was great; second bag was very questionable
I've used WG juice and WG juice powder numerous times over the last decade or more. I initially wrote that I felt this seller had a great product, having received a dark green pungent powder that I immediately knew was authentic WG juice powder. I even researched how WG juice is dehydrated to see what could explain the variations in color others talk about and discussed it in my original review (variations is the process can produce lighter or darker powder). But after receiving my second bag and finding it to be very light colored with a smell that was more like barely with the unusual characteristics of being much lighter than WG juice powder and tasting more like a slightly sweet tea I, too, must question whether this product can be trusted. I have no way to know what the producer uses to ensure they are procuring actual WG juice powder or what their explanation might be of the extreme variation in color and texture because they did not respond to my inquiries. All I can say for sure is after using this second light-colored bag a few times, I do feel this product does not seem to be actual WG juice powder.

No more taking a trip to Jamba Juice like we did back in the day... 4.5 stars.
Superfoods powders are not something new and many brands out there have many, many mixed ingredients including (or not) wheatgrass. What you are getting here is pure wheatgrass powder. USDA Organic, contains no fillers, no GMO's, no artificial colors or flavors, no preservatives, and no gluten is what they state and I can believe it.NOTE: This is a very fine powder and gets everywhere if you aren't careful...so be careful. The bag gives 1 teaspoon(tsp) is a serving, but no information on the Amazon product page (at the time of this writing) or on the bag of how much powder to milk, water, smoothie, oatmeal, etc. I just need to "guess" on the amount of powder I "want" to add?I did 1 teaspoon(tsp) to a 32oz greens & fruit smoothie. I didnt necessarily taste the wheatgrass, which is probably a good thing.I tried doing 1tsp to 8oz of hot water. I'd rather drink two tablespoons of apple-cider vinegar than do that again.OVERALL:Seems like a nice clean product. Some info on usage would be helpful.
