Works OK,but
Can’t really say I like or dislike, but it does work, I have tired 3 others which cost more but they all had issues. This one’s remote is not more than volume useable. Biggest complaint on all these type devices is they are so small you can’t read display across a room, would like something which has power supply inside unit, would be larger but then so would be the display.

Great little amp for a desktop computer
This amp does exactly what I wanted; drive a quality pair of speakers and a powered subwoofer attached to a video NLE system. The amp provides plenty of power to a pair of KRK speakers at any reasonable level. The amp is quiet, there's no hiss even if the amp is wide open.I feed mine via USB 3 at 24bit/96kHz, and I've verified that USB 16bit/44.1 and the coax SPDIF work as well. The power supply has enough cable to have the "brick" on the floor and the amp on a table (side note: to avoid the "arcing/sparking issue," plug the power supply into AC last). The remote is fine for my use, I only use it to adjust volume.I wish it had a headphone output and a way to dim the display, but other than that this does exactly what I bought it to do.

Changing to OK Amp
Paid for the $100 mini amp rather than $60 because I wanted remote control. It quit after a day. It never had good range compared to TV remote, Direct TV receiver, etc. and now will not work. Many reviewers talked about the quality of this unit and I was surprised when I received it because it is not great quality. Sure, the case is metal, (the front is plastic in spite of the way it looks in photo) but the main thing is the knobs are so flimsy. Regular amp from Sony, Yamaha, etc. that are only marginally more expensive have a much, much better feel. Disappointed in this amp. Oh, delivery was very prompt, all the way from China! So, I found the problem with the remote control and revised rating to 4 star. AAA batteries sent with the unit died after a day. Unexpected. Finally replaced batteries and remote works fine. Still a little disappointed with the "feel of the unit, seems flimsy, but it works fine.

Great DAC/AMP
I bought this as paired with the Micca's and the Polk 10" sub as a soundbar replacement. It's fantastic so far. A few notes for people who have researched this:1. The remote is much better. It doesn't have to "wake up" as some reported in older models.2. It remembers what the previous volume level was ONLY if it was under 20.... if it's over 20, it starts there.3. Some mentioned that earlier models didn't really turn off when they were off. People said that the unit remained warm and that it still pulled a lot of power. My unit doesn't stay warm so maybe they fixed that.

Mighty mite Amp; hits the mark!
I needed a small amp to power multiple auxiliary speakers connected to a smart TV and liked the features of this one. Despite concerns of some posted reviews, I ordered it anyway and found many of the issues mentioned by others seem to have been corrected on the current model. For instance, the unit does have an integral on/off control and barely heats up when in use, and not at all when turned off.First off, this unit is really small (approximately the size of two cigarette packs) but plenty powerful for even a decent size room. If like me, you don't always read operating instructions, be aware that both of its control knobs are multifunctional, but easy to use in controlling mode, volume, base/treble, and on/off. Also, the speaker terminals on back are close together, so you need to wire then carefully and tightly (per instructions) to avoid shorting out the unit. Have not yet attempted to use the unit's remote, so it may indeed be as buggy as others have noted.Have had unit for about a month now, and so far very happy with its sound and performance. Just the thing for my application.

Quiet and powerful amp - Sub output a bonus!
Use this to boost my DAC output and feed my Polk powered sub and JBL powered studio monitors. Amp is silent and power to the speakers is fine as they are powered and don't need much current anyway. Love the seperate sub output (don't have to splice a channel to feed the sub) and remote control. Easy to read volume display and no real heat issues in my case.

Small capable amplifier
My old German Loewe LCD TV Passed away recently. It had a built in sound bar, with outstanding powerful tone.I bought a new Sony Led TV , but did not want to compromise on best tone. I stripped the whole Loewe TV off its skeleton frame , leaving only the sound bar. Attempts to connect the new TV directly to the heavy loudspeaker were unsuccessful, so I bought this Ammoon amplifier, and connected it through optical tosslink cable. I am very pleased with the tone and power required for my loudspeakers. First attempt with low bass was poor, however #2 bass control gives wonderful results especially in u-tube quality concerts.
