Fast and effective cutting of areas of rough or long grass. A lawnmower which is ideal for orchards and trees, grass verges and driveways. The HRS is one of Honda's lightest and most manoeuvrable lawnmowers. When a quick cut is all you need, it’ll zip through your grass in record-breaking time. Easy manoeuverability is assured thanks to a compact design and the lightweight but durable steel deck; while six cutting heights ranging from 24-87mm offer the flexibility to easily deal with a wide range of cuts and conditions. The Honda HRS536 VK offers a 21" cut and an incredibly simple mulching capability; with the advantage of side-discharge to keep cuttings away from the operator and ensure better grass flow. Its ultra-reliable and efficient GCV160 OHC engine ensures a low running noise of just 98dB(A) and a smooth performance, whilst the automatic decompresser ensures an easy start. Underpowered and poor cut
I have the version with paddles for the drive.Stay away from this machine unless you enjoy being frustrated everytime you use it.The motor is so under powered that it stalls when mowing grass that has less than one week of growth. This means you need to mowe twice a week. Even if you massively overlap the cuts it stalls. It has some sort of odd blade design which is supposed to mulch the grass. In reality it flattens about half the grass so that you need to go over the grass several times from difference angles to get a half decent looking lawn. The drive is designed by someone who needs to be forced to use it. When mowing forwards it works fine, but it has so much friction that pulling it backwards means a super human effort! Why on earth could it not have a clutch to make it free-wheel when pulling back? Such a simple design mistake.Seriously, I only bought this monster because Klippo was sold out in October of last year.Big mistake. Buy a Klippo Komet which has a powerful Briggs and Stratton engine.
