Test strips received 12/2/2019 had use by date of 10/29/2019 and are unusable.

BE AWARE-- this company does not follow the traditional return policies-- THEY MAKE IT AS HARD AS POSSIBLE!!!this company makes lots of CLAIMS in the description that THE PRODUCT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO!!!!! so if you are like me and expect a FULL REFUND when not satisfied THEN BE AWARE this company RESIST RETURNS in every way they can!!!!!!!!!!!it is NOT a product i would buy if i knew what i know now!!!!it is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!! other meters are just as accurate and much easier to use!there is one positive feature the display lights up when it has enough blood so that is easy to see!!!BIGGEST NEGATIVE= the test strips are TINY and hard to get out of the container!!!!!the METER is TINY- someone please tell R&D smaller is not better-- people with BG issues usually have some limited hand use!!!!! it seems accurate enough-very LAMO! to sell a (Accu-Chek Guide Blood Glucose Monitoring System) "System" being the DECEPTIVE WORD!!!WITHOUT ANY TEST STRIPS!!!!! and look at the PHOTO== HOW DECEPTIVE IS THAT!!!!now the "SYSTEM" comes with a meter & Lancets & Lancet Device(both not in photo) BUT NO TEST STRIPS WHICH ARE not IN THE BOX!!! it is a shame a company would be soo criminal

I have just started using these as my old ones has ran out, and none of these work. Meter gives an E-11 error code for damaged strip.

Acceptable experience
I was worried about ordering since it had been mentioned that some received outdated strips.Happily they are not. (5/22)I would suggest looking at the "buyer" before purchasing. Mine came directly from Accucheck/Roche.My insurance is strict on refill dates.I needed sooner because my A1C is extremely high. Have been testing more often.I had to purchase on my own.I didn't need to take a loan out to purchase.Shipping was acceptable. But could be better. Especially since Roche is 3 hours from me. And the FedEx hub is 45 minutes away...and the strips set at the hub 24+ hours.I'm glad I had an overall good experience.

Defective
1/2 the strips do not register when placed in machine. Defective.
