Pinemeadow Excel EGI Hybrids (Men's, Right Hand, Graphite, Regular Flex)

Best short game club ever! My friends were astonished at how easily I chipped onto the green from any lie (rough, dirt, slopes). I play public courses so often the ground is hard and barren. This club glides over the ground and pops the ball up and down with ease.

This club is insane if you are within 30 yards of the hole. It literally feels like im cheating because you margin for error is so great with this club. Even a BAD shot will still likely go straight with good height. You should get a good feel for this club after spending 5 minutes on the chipping green. For the price of $43 its a total steal of a price!! I actually bought 2 already, one for my Chicago house and one for FL. I will probably buy 2 more just in case I ever lose or this club I want to make sure if this company goes under at least I have extras. I HOPE THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN THOUGH!

Constantly having trouble hitting your irons, but are able to hit hybrids well? These clubs could be what you need. The price is low enough to give them a try. My previous statement is exactly what I am doing. Mixed results so far, as I get used to them, but I am not hitting them worse than my irons....so I am holding out hope that they end up being worth the experiment

1. Great shipping, received a day (yesterday) early in the Philippines that’s amazing. 2. Played them today, hit PW 10 times from 120 yards and closer, hit the green every time, full shot, 3/4, 1/2, did not matter. The 9 I only hit once from 140 and but was 10 yards short but directly on the target line. Overall these 2 clubs exceeded my expectations, so much so I just ordered the 8 hybrid. Just easy to hit and hit straight. I am a 68yr old retired 12 hcp.

Club looks good and has a nice weight to it. Club is a little too short for me to hit consistently. I’m a tall guy though. I may try replacing the shaft with a longer one, but as is I won’t be putting it in my bag.

You really can't expect too much from this price range. I have several Pinemeadow clubs and they seem to be of pretty good quality considering the price. don't expect these clubs too look pretty for too long as the paint will rub off after a day at the range. I'm able to make pretty consistent chips which is good, however I wouldn't recommend using this club for really short chips. Full swing I can hit this about 75 yards but light tap its good for about 25 yards. Has a tendency to want to launch rather than "chip" up and on.. but I'm still getting used to it. Overall I like it. I can hit it more consistently than my standard pitching wedge so I'm happy with it. Especially when you're in the rough. I wish it came it green like the other Pinemeadown clubs though!! =)

Unbelievable value, best purchase I’ve made in years. Much easier to hit than my irons, more accurate and consistent, putting me closest to the pin on par threes, I’m winning enough money to pay for these clubs. It seems that many senior golfers are getting more fun from golf by going to hybrids. Skip the lessons, my return on investment is better with these clubs.

This club is very unforgiving and incredibly hard to hit. If you can make perfect contact every time, then you should be fine. If not, expect a range of 30-150 yards. For me, I will never use it on the golf course, it was a complete waste of money. I am an 8 handicap.

First, the positives: 1. Club came well before the promised date. 2. Came in very good condition. 3. As promised, came with the head cover. Now, the negatives: 1. The club head and shaft are both very heavy. 2. In my opinion, this club can be used only by someone who has significant swing speed. 3. At low to medium swing speed, the club delivers a very high ball with no great distance (approx. 80-90 yards): which can be replicated by a mid-handicap golfer using a standard Pitching Wedge. 4. The club shaft needs to be lighter and longer by at least 2 inches; also the club head could be lighter. Then mid-handicap players would get a faster swing and greater distance (say 120 yards)

I have eight of their highbred irons now and they’re all working well for me, keep in mind I’m 76 years old and I try to go 3 to 4 times a week. These clubs are very heavy at the bottom therefore very little effort to swing. The only downfall of the clubs is the paint job they have on them they chip very easily.
