We got a 5/6 for my 3 year old because of the sizing chart and it fits great. As she grows the stretch will allow it to last a bit. There's no skirt lining, as others have mentioned, so it's not so much a dress as just a sheer tutu. Just a simple white skirt underneath would be nice. The felt eye lashes seem kind of sloppily placed and poorly attached and will likely fall off first, so I may stitch them on myself. Still, she is happy and says it's "very comfy".
