great product
I recently purchased the RDX Weight Lifting Belt with Auto Lock for added support during my weightlifting sessions, and it has made a real difference in my workouts. This belt offers fantastic back support, and at 6.5 inches wide, it feels both solid and comfortable without being overly bulky.Key Benefits:Sturdy Auto-Lock Mechanism: The auto-lock feature is excellent. It’s easy to tighten securely, and there’s no fear of it loosening mid-lift, even during intense squats and deadlifts. It feels much safer than traditional velcro belts I’ve used in the past.Support and Comfort: The belt provides firm lower back support, which has been great for my lifts. The padding is a big plus, as it cushions without restricting movement or feeling cumbersome. I’ve noticed improved stability in my core, and it’s given me extra confidence to go heavier on my lifts.Unisex Fit and Adjustable Sizing: I’m glad this belt works well for both men and women, and adjusting the fit is straightforward. I share it occasionally with my partner, and it adjusts comfortably to both our sizes without any hassle.A Minor Drawback:Thickness for Some Movements: At 6.5 inches, the belt is fantastic for heavy lifting but might feel a bit thick for more dynamic exercises or for those with a shorter torso. However, for deadlifts, squats, and similar moves, it’s spot on.Overall Verdict:This RDX belt is an excellent investment for anyone serious about weightlifting, whether you’re a beginner or advanced lifter. The auto-lock system, strong back support, and comfortable padding make it reliable and easy to use, allowing you to focus entirely on your workout. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add support to their strength training routine!

Great belt!
So comfortable, loads of support, good quality and great value! Better than other belts I've used which have been more expensive!

Well made. Strong. Good value
The belt is surprisingly well made and looks good. Quite solid in construction and strong velcro. The fastening lock bar holds the belt tightly. One down side is the sizing is small. I have a 29" waist and ordered the small. There is not a lot of room for adjustment and only 2" of the velcro can be used. The fastening 'buckle' stops it from undoing, so it's OK. Overall a good entry level that provides good support.

Great lifting belt, easy to use!
Went for the large size, great fit! My advice would be load a light bar and see where the best placement of the belt is on you - once you find it, the lifts are so much better !

Outstanding quality belt
I've had literally dozens of different weight lifting belts over the years and can without a doubt say the ones I still have and use are from RDX.I have a heavy duty RDX leather belt for squats and overheads but have recently started to experience some issues with my lower back, more of an age thing rather than anything to do with the belts and found none of my current belts offered the lower support I needed for deadlifts. So after reading up on this belt I decided to give it a try.I had the belt on within an hour of it arriving to give it a try and found it really supportive. The area I had been experiencing issues was deadlifts and anything involving bending over, rear delts etc.All i can say is; WOW!!! This belt offers a fantastic level of support yet allows you to double over without the belt cutting into you. It also feels like it covers the lower part of my back given it's sculpted shape and I found myself able to deadlift with ease and had no back pain the following day.The belt now has pride of place on my squat rack and offers so much confidence when in the gym.I can't recall the last time I didn't experience back pain after a workout. Thanks RDX for a quality item at a reasonable price.

Started to rust before first use.
Seemed like a good deal at the time of purchase. Got to the gym today, and popped the tags. As I was about to put it on, I noticed rusting along the metal pieces of the belt. Was given the option to return it, but it's almost impossible to find belts in the size I need in this price range, so I guess I'm stuck with it. Hopefully it holds out.Aside from that, it's a fairly decent belt. Great support, with the only issue in the design being that the front (where the 'hinges' are) tend to dig into your guy of the belt is at a certain height, forcing you to either lower it or offset it to the side.
