I bought it because my right hand was starting to tremble and I thought it might because I overuse the muscles in my wrist. I use this around the house when I'm doing chores and have also started using it when I do my strength training exercises. I've seen a great improvement in my wrist/hand and will now likely buy a second one for my left wrist for when I lift weights.The velcro holds really well and it's very easy to adjust. The padding is comfortable.
