The idea is great. I could not wait to use it to keep my chickens off of my lawn. The knob that adjusts the setting is very loose and doesn't set. It never worked. I'm really disappointed in Bell and Howell. I expected more

I was really hoping this item would work but as soon as we attempted to use it leaked water continuously. I don’t want to pay more for the water bill on leaking item.

Package came in on time and I couldn’t be happier! I’m going to install in my yard tomorrow! I cannot wait to see the end result! Thank you!!

this product is defective ,pour design,battery cover leaks making it corrode on contacts,BROKE

The spray is spraying all the time

So far so good. I've used a number of similar devices, they all stopped working properly after some time. This one is performing well so far. I'm hoping the solar charging element keeps this working for a long time, it is a great idea. I just ordered a second unit as a skunk came around last night and our cats love to prowl at the bird feeders, it is important to have these devices working! Again I am most appreciative of the innovative design, and hope for the best.

Bought two. One out of box would not work at all. Bought new batteries, ($30 investment) and still did not work. Got one to work if I was right in front of the sensor and then would not shut off. The head broke off. The second one would not work at all. Don't waste your time or money!

This is a rare review from me so please take it as you wish...the item didn't work out for me but AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL! I tried to give this a fair chance. I really did. I'm a machinist and mechanical designer so when it wouldn't produce more than a trickle of water, I carefully examined it and found that the molded plastic sprayer head didn't have a clear path for water flow due to a manufaturing defect. So I cleared the blockage and it did work for a short time. However the internal valve that opens water flow was either defective itself or the initial blockage damaged it from excess back-pressure. It no longer would allow more than a trickle to come out of the sprayer head, just as before. As a side note, if you buy this, immediately caulk any open paths to the inside of the unit, especially around the battery cover, because several honeybees got inside and we're triggering the motion sensor every few seconds.
