Jamaican Chaney Root, Cocolmeca, Roots Tea

Cramps be gone!!!!!!

I had never heard of Chaney root but when I asked my Jamaican husband about it, he immediately told me to get it and explained that it is great for cleaning the blood and is packed with iron and many other benefits. I prepared as stated in the instructions and the tea had a deep coppery color. It's not bitter to the taste but I did add some honey and drank it as a tea. I am able to make a few servings at a time and then reheat it when I am ready to drink some more. I did not feel any bad side affects but I did feel slightly energized after drinking it. This was something new for me but I liked it a lot.

I haven't tried it yet but It didn't look like what I expected. I thought it would be more root chunks but I'll look up how to work with it.

What a rip off.. only 2.4 ounces for $33?? I was really looking forward to receiving this..
