Helps my elbow not hurt
I sit at a desk all day and this keeps my elbow from hurting. Good quality product. Stays put. Weight and softness are good.

Kinda works?
Technically it works - the numbness in my hand from leaning my elbow on my desk has almost entirely disappeared - but it's just made so flimsy that after a short period of time, the gel inside it has been pushed around and bunched up. It keeps making bubbles inside the pad or bunching up in ridges, which make it less comfortable to use and less effective. If the gel inside were more sturdy (like a mousepad wrist rest) then I believe it would work much better. It'll work for now, but I'll probably be looking for a replacement from another brand to try soon.

Highly recommend for laptop use
I use several of these to rest my arms upon when I use my laptop. It helps prevent pain from resting my arms on the edge of the table. They are so soft and cushioned, they're fantastic!! They work like a dream!
