Xprite 200 Watt 8 Tones Emergency Warning Siren PA System Kit w/Handheld Microphone & Light Control Switches (Speaker Not Included)

So I bought this to replace my original Xprite one I’ve had for a few years from eBay that ended up breaking So I ordered this one but the order I got it looked great and everything but the horn button (the small circle one) had no play at all usually there’s a small spring at least the old one had a small spring behind it to allow it to spring back and forth and it was secured in place but I went to press the button and there was no play and it literally fell right out I requested a replacement so waiting for it to arrive will check that button and all the others as well I am only leaving a few star review because of this issue and will update once it arrives if all is good , prob past experience this unit was amazing and that’s why I chose it to replace my older one also love the new black for the face color as the old one was more of a tan colored face where the buttons were so hopefully it works out - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - UPDATE: as promised I said I would update my review when the new device came and it seems good out of the box my car is currently at the mechanic so will re re update once installed but happy as of now and will test it out once my car comes back to make sure it works as intended :) 5 stars for now unless I have any issues with it post install but it should be fine otherwise also a tip for anyone who finds the wires too short 14guauge house wire does work that’s what I did on my old box however MAKE SURE THE WIRE USED IS NOT SMALLER THAN THE WIRE ALREADY ON THE BOX OR TOO BIG FOR THE WIRE USED 14guage is slightly bigger you can probably get away with 16 awg/ gauge wire but I did 14 bc I hard installed directly to battery so it works even when my car is off you can also install it into a Fuse as well however you have to make sure that the fuse you use is on all the time when the car is operating and that such fuse has enough power to load the box - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Had on old PA speaker. Hooked right up and works perfect

I recently purchased a replacement unit after the original ceased functioning after several years. This product is exceptionally user-friendly and features a robust, high-volume design. However, similar to my previous unit, the horn/siren switch was installed inverted. I am assigning four stars due to an inoperative microphone, which I subsequently replaced with a functional one from my previous Xprite siren.

this is very very, very, very, very loud connected to any sort of speaker. I do not recommend using this in an echoey area.

It’s an excellent siren box , it’s very loud and easy to install and the 2 auxiliary switches make for easy front and rear emergency light installation as well and gives you an option to run only front or rear or both aux switches at any given time even without the P.A. switch on. Add this siren box to a 100watt speaker and you have yourself a loud emergency siren for your vehicle

Bought this to install in my car. Wiring was easy to setup and auxiliary switches work fantastic. Still have the setup in my car and it works exactly how it was new.

Might work for a mall cop or private security vehicle but is definitely not loud or powerful enough for EMS/Fire

I am very pleased with this siren/pa , this unit is very loud,and very easy to hook up ,I have not yet hooked this up into my vehicle but bench tested it , this device has an extra connection to hook-up 2 other items like a light bar or beacon where you can control the on-off power from one of the switches on the right, I hooked this light connection to a 100 watt bar lamp without any problem which handled the load properly which will be both installed in my vehicle soon, I am a volunteer fire fighter, I would highly recommend this unit to other fire fighters,fire dept ,law enforcement or security personal . Made a enclosed box to take to my soccer games that I coach. Its a great noise maker to catch the kids attention. I also use the Mic to shout out plays and commands. Wired it to a 12volt transformer that plugs into 110ac.
