Are the handles solid or also inflated?

They are inflated but are pretty solid. It’s good quality, we’ve all had a go on it and it’s still going strong a year later!

How do I inflate with the pump came with

We used the adapter and the foot pump that came with it. Attach the adapter to the pump. Insert the adapter into the inflatable and pump up to the desired size using your foot.
