Good quality well designed
This insole has made my ordinary shoe into a high quality orthopedic footwear. I am a sports person and a fitness freak, and often need longer hours of workout that is quite tiring for the feet. Ever since I’ve started using this I feel less foot fatigue. Overall I am a happy customer.

Best insert for excercise
I bought them as replacement for my Asics original inserts as they were worn out. I have put these thru HIIT, Running, Stair climbing, Gym work outs, long walks and they remained comfortable and never gave me pain or any other issue. So I totally recommended for exercise. You may have to let them adjust for a day or two but other than no problem what so ever.
