I love, love, love this cleanser. I searched for about a month for a low pH cleanser for my double cleanse routine. This cleanser is a beautiful thing. During the first few days of using it, I might have over-cleansed just a bit. In my defense, though, it feels so rich and creamy, is low-foaming, and smells really lovely. I generally do a double cleanse at night, but with this cleanser, I find that it's not always necessary. My skin feels so amazingly soft after using this cleanser alone that, sometimes, I only follow my cleanse with a couple of the steps in my multi-step Korean skincare routine. I mix about a half pump worth of product with a bit of water, warm it up between my hands, massage my face for a minute or so, and rinse. It's the most relaxing part of my evening ritual. This is the best facial cleanser I've ever used.

This is vegan and cruelty-free, which is great. The scent is light and inoffensive. It doesn’t dry my skin as much as some other products, but this wasn’t anything special. And I’m not going to ding my rating for this because this was the fault of the seller and not the manufacturer, but the packaging of this was just silly. Mailing a plastic bottle in a padded envelope rather than something rigid, like a box, is inviting trouble. A bunch of the product leaked out, so I got a refund.

I'm a KBeauty fan and there has been a lot of talk about the importance of using a lower pH cleanser. This is so that actives you put on your face (AHAs, BHAs, and other acids) really sink into your pores. I keep this face wash in my shower and I have a different face wash I use in the mornings. This product's pH is 5.5, right where I want it to be. It is scentless and lightly foaming. It doesn't get rid of waterproof mascara (do an oil cleansing step before) but it is a great cleanser otherwise. I bought this on a whim and glad I did!

I don’t have a lot of skin issues luckily, but recently I’ve had milia on my face. I had a large one on my nose that I was tired of looking at it. I researched cleansers to help get rid of milia and this one was recommended... well holy cow. It was gone in two days after starting this cleanser! Dried it right up. I only use this once a day in the shower in the mornings and it’s enough.

I purchased the shampoo along with the facial cleanser and they work wonders. It seems that every other product I have tries irritates my scalp and face leading to endless breakouts. I have been using the shampoo and face cleanser for about two weeks and can't remember a time when my skin looked better. Clearing up my complexion has given me increased confidence and self-esteem which is well worth the price of these products. I will be putting in another order so I have extra on hand when I run out. I genuinely hope this product works as well for others as it has for me.
