If you are having issues that the doctors just can't figure out, I recommend trying this! It is easy to use and the results are back very quickly (in my case). I think I may get one for my daughter too! You get detailed list of the food reactivities, and a guide booklet to help you. It eye opening!

I gave 1 star because the instructions were clear and results were provided timely after hair sample was received. But that’s where the positives stop. For what this kit cost, shipping should’ve been included and it was not. It’s another $9 to send with tracking. I also paid the additional $20 for some add on testing. This test is for sensitivity, not allergy. And things I know I have allergies to, did not show up as sensitivities. I do not understand how you can be allergic, but not sensitive? I get that you could be sensitive but not allergic. My overall impression is that this testing is merely a gateway to sell you more products based on your results. I think it would have been about the same price just to go get a full allergy panel ran at the doctors office and that info would be much more useful than the results of this test. All in all, I have to say I found it to be a complete waste of money and I can’t imagine it being of any benefit at all. I regret the purchase.

I'm glad I sent off for this. It's very informative about what I'm sensitive to and what is recommended to eliminate so I can feel better. There's a list of good, moderate and bad for things you're sensitive to. I now know which things make me bloated or effect me in other ways. I totally recommend anyone having issues with digestion or bloating to buy this. So easy and sending it off is free.

If you have felt like crap for years, there IS a reason! I have been on the candida diet for over a year. And still feeling awful. That's No gluten, dairy, sugar, caffeine or starch. Turns out, I am highly (red) sensitive to a lot of things I was eating, like almonds🤦‍♀️. Thank heaven coconut is OK! I would recommend getting the most checked as possible. When I registered the test, I got an option to buy more of a test for $20. I did, and it was SO worth it. Just a few strands of hair sent in, a few days wait, and they email you results with a action plan! It is so worth it. I bought one off of the Amazon UK, for one of my friends, she is so excited! Again, she has felt crappy for years. Turns out she is "highly sensitive " to almost everything around her. She has changed her diet and already feeling a bit better. It hasn't even been a week. She has told her friends who have ordered tests! I tell checkers at the grocery store about this. Our favorite waitress. My family back in another state, that thought I was a hypochondriac 😆 Hey listen, I got some REALLY bad stuff going on in my gut. Stuff hospitals deal with, and have been blown off by a mean ER Dr. Twice. I can't wait to give these results to my NP who has been trying to help me. My general allergy test showed up negative. This test goes so much deeper! I had over 3 pages in red. Off the charts. A bunch in orange (moderately reactive) and a bunch in green - good. It is a wonderful place to start to try and help yourself, or help your Dr help you. It goes into additives, skin care, heavy metals, food, etc. Again, I highly recommend this test. I bought the $89. And added more to the test when I was offered the chance to. Just buy the biggest most things tested, test there is. Especially if you have stuff like fibromyalgia (I have it) or any other auto immune disease. You won't be sorry. And don't be scared with what you see in the results. It's a great place to start. And make positive changes. Some of those vitamins we take,might be doing more harm than good. Just saying. Buy the test! 10 stars if possible

I have waited months for the results. I'm unable to login to my account and it won't send me a "forgot Password" email to create a new password. There's NO Customer service # to be found. I was charge $70 for NOTHING!! I checked my email and I am receiving advertising from them but NO RESULTS! Uhg ... so frustrating

This test has helped me so much. I had been struggling for months from stomach pain, gas and bloating. I knew that certain foods triggered the pain but I wasn’t certain which ones. I lost my dad in 2020 from diet and digestive complications and decided that I needed to take action on my own health. I ordered this test but didn’t have high hopes about it. When I got the results, I realized that I cannot eat dairy, gluten and a few other things that I was consuming often. I immediately went to the store and restocked my pantry and fridge with foods I can eat. Within 2 days, I felt exceptionally better. The test also revealed what healthy bacteria and enzymes I was missing, so I found a probiotic that had those. I can honestly say my health and day to day living as dramatically improved. I have since ordered a test for my mom. Get the test. Your body will thank you for it.

I ordered food intolerance tests from two companies, this one and a blood test-based kit. I did the blood test kit first, as it is a well-known brand and is blood based. Then I did this kit with the hair sample. I bought this one as it claims to test nearly 1k food sensitivities. As I watched the “how to” video, I noticed the YouTube they provide says to simply send in hair samples in a ziplock bag and regular envelope. This gave me pause and seemed very unprofessional. As I dug further, it seems that food intolerance tests do not have scientific backing. In addition, this company’s reviews have fallen below 4.0, with many, many reviews claiming the company never sent the results, or that the results looked unprofessional. Overall, I decided it was not worth the security risk to send the test in.

The directions were simple and easy to follow. I gave 4 stars because it took weeks to get the results.

Quick & affective overview of sensitivity’s there was one thing on my results that made no sense to me as it showed it was out of balance/high reactive & was in red which made sense as I have a medical condition that affects me but it was also in the green section for being ok too however I wouldn’t let one thing overshadow how quickly I got my results. I bought this as my dietician asked if I had any sensitivity to any foods or was allergic & I didn’t know & although this test doesn’t check for allergens it definitely gives a baseline of things my body may react to with other symptoms due to my sensitivity to them which now gives my dietician something to go off so would highly recommend getting if u find yourself being asked the same question even if your the one asking yourself if it could be something u have eaten

Was a bit pessimistic after reading some reviews. However it overlapped with tests I had during this year and it gave me the same readings on many things. No one could have matched my results so closely. Then there was the additional things it picked up that ive been able change. Explanation and what to do next was invaluable. Well well worth the money! You get a lot of bang for your buck!

Don’t waste your money on this product. I was advised by a dermatologist that it is likely all hair samples sent off will come back with the same group of foods that are likely allergenic.

This is a food sensitivity kit and not suitable if you want to know about food allergies this is not the right product for you you will also get emails daily about other products I have unsubscribed from these as they were too much the company did get in touch with me as they were not happy that I had given them a one star review on trust pilot This product may be right for other people but it certainly was not what I expected and cost me £29.99p

This product was great at being able to tell me more about my body and which foods to avoid. I've never had any allergies (except hay fever) but the traffic light system to understand which foods are highly sensitive and are moderate or less has been invaluable. I've been following it for a month now and have already noticed significant changes. Turns out the way I've always believed my body to react was just normal but now I enjoy a much easier lifestyle.
