This stuff is effective. has a salt/Na/sodium - type compound in it as I understand it. It Will dissolve hard water stains and calcifications B U T it's s-l-o-w to work since crusty lumps of rock-hard deposits do take time. Time as in 1-2 years. It won't hurt the surface of the bowl = big plus. YouT ty-d-bol for how to attach it to the tank.

Two bottles had leaks at the top, my fingers where blue after removing them.
Other then the tops on two leaking during shipment, it’s a great product that’s easy to use.

Not the best method.
Not sure if I will buy these again. It doesn’t dispense the cleaner into the tank like it’s supposed to.

Was not happy with the packaging there was Leakage. Never had that happen before. Please package it better I want no blue Leakage.

Old Stock - But... You can fix it and still use it.
I found these would quit dispensing after the 2nd or 3rd flush. Looking online, I found others that had the same problem. They referred to deposits in the bottle and a check valve being stuck internally. So... before you use this:1) Leave the cap on and shake the bottle vigorously. Keep the cap.2) If it quits dispensing in future, put the cap back on and repeat.Kind of a pain, but this works at least.

Better then tablet drop ins
This is an excellent product, last for a long time and cleans much better then the regular drop ins.
