Son botas de senderismo, mas para caminar que para un uso escarpado o rocoso, he visto algun comentario negativo donde el propietario le daba un uso en terrenos complicados, y para esos terrenos se utilizan otro tipo de botas, es normal que una suela estilo vibram se desgaste en un año en terrenos dificiles y rocas, es una suela de agarre, no para estresarla en piedras y rocas, es normal que el tejido se deteriore en ese tipo de terrenos, para esos terrenos se utiliza la piel o componentes sintéticos duros, no el tejido. Por lo tanto esta es una bota para usos como hacer el camino de santiago, o zonas de senderos en montaña, no es para internarse en el medio de la montaña donde te vas a encontrar con vegetacion que destroze el tejido y rocas que las desgaste, para eso están las propias botas de montaña de piel y goma dura. De momento utilizadas para senderos y para ir al trabajo, son comodas, ajuste perfecto al pie, 502 gramos en talla 40.5 que hace que no se note el peso en el pie, refuerzos en las tobilleras y talón, probada la impermeabilidad, se puede caminar horas con ellas sin fatiga, el tejido es muy rigido. Los cordones son delgados y no hacen mucha fuerza de apriete

These are my fifth pair of Salewas. My last pair of Alp Trainer Mid Gore-tex boots lasted 2,500 miles. The outside was still in great shape along with the treads but my son convinced me to get new ones because the mid layer was probably compressed from the mileage. So, I went to OutdoorGearLab and a number of other sites and ordered six pairs of the highest rated boots including these new Salewas. My conclusion was that these Mountain Trainer Lite Mid GTX boots are the most comfortable, supportive, light and best performing hiking boots I've ever owned. I should have just gone back to Salewa the first time. Super comfortable at first and then they got even better. I live in Rangeley Maine so I've been taking these out to showshoe with my Vizsla puppy every day. After 90 - 120 minutes no moisture gets through the barrier and, surprisingly, my wool Darn Tough socks are drenched. Great breathability. And, while beauty is in the eye of the beholder I think these are way cool and have gotten a lot of comments from people about them. And they run very true to size. So, all in all, a fantastic hiking boot.

Lo scarpone calza secondo la tabella. Con 28,7mm ho preso il 44,5 ed é giusto, a fatica riesco ad infilare l'indice dietro il tallone e la pianta é sottile. La suola Pomoca ha tasselli molto alti e sembra morbida, rumorosa in casa quando cammino per come aggrappa e l'intersuola molto rigida, poi il sistema 3F con il cordino d'acciaio blocca molto bene la caviglia. I fermalacci non sono autobloccanti e i passanti non non sono tutti in metallo....a voler trovare qualche difetto. Nota, I Salewa Alp Trainer pur condividendo la stessa suoletta interna sono piú stretti, quasi da donna. Pesando 672g contro 618 degli Alp Trainer. Se cercate uno scarpone tecnico, rigido prendete il lite, mentre se cercate uno scarpone meno tecnico, piú flessibile e con la pianta ancora piú sottile gli Alp Trainer. Per la cronaca i Salomon QUEST 4D 3 GTX 45 1/3 sono lunghi quanto questi 44,5. La suola Inferiore é larga 11cm, mentre per gli Alp Trainer 10cm , QUEST 4D 3 GTX 12cm, peso 689g

Grate boot but sadly lost its waterproofing in less than a year. Very comfortable and not too narrow in the toe box.
