This product seems to be good, but most people recommend a higher dosage. I don't like that Jarrow seems to be hiding the fact these pills are only .125 grams buy not putting the amount per pill on the front of the container, as is standard practice. If you take 1 gram a day this bottle will last you 7.5 days.

I really like this product. It has helped with belly fat and fatigue

I trust and like the brand Jarrow, but the DOSE per pill in this product is very SMALL

I worked my way up to 1 gram/day and definitely noticed effects. Working out felt easy. I even forgot I was doing push ups at one point because it required so little effort. However, at this dosage I run out quick and there are better deals out there for bulk powder. They cost more to buy but you're paying less per gram.Having said that, this is a good brand and has been independently tested to contain the proper amount of NMN. This is the real stuff.

No lo siento tan efectivo

I experimented with a different brand that supposedly had a higher level of NMN. I used to buy a total of 3 products from them, NMN, Spermidine, and AKG. A quick google search showed that the type of Spermidine they sold was toxic. The AKG, alpha ketoglutaric acid, formula had changed over time and was not acidic anymore. Another customer posted that a 3rd party test showed no NMN in their NMN formula. I was done with them. I'm back to a brand that is known for quality, Jarrow.

Took this NMN and resveratrol and it messed up my sleep, I got terrible insomnia. Took about 5 months to recover.

Price seems cheaper but its not - its more than 2X the ProHealth brand, for the same stuff
