It is nice and thick giving your knees relief and comfort when needed during certain yoga poses/positions. It is well made and durable. My only complaint is that it comes rolled up and takes a bit to reshape it so that I lies flat when in use. I found that rolling it up for storage in the opposite direction that it came rolled up in helps to keep it from curling up when you take it out for use. Good investment.
