Good value for money.
Quality is good. Seems to be sturdy and a bit heavy. Doesn’t give out loud noises when using. Overall, am happy with the item.

The Keyboard did not work, but the seller provided an excellent after sale service
It was quiet disappointing to see the product not functional when i received my order, but then i had reached out to the customer care of Joyaccess to understand on resolution, the team provided me quick responses on my queries and instant resolution on replacement/refund and tried to understand the issue i faced with the product not being functional. I am very impressed with the quick resolution of the team and would highly recommend people to go for this brand as the after sale service is excellent.

Poor Quality
"The appearance of the keyboard is beautiful, but the quality of the body is very poor. In just three months of use, the frame has warped and taken on a curved shape, causing it to make contact with the surface when typing, which creates an annoying sound—especially if your work involves typing or programming."

Unreliable space bar
Reasonable. But the space bar is unreliable and frequently doesn’t respond, making it very frustrating having to repeatedly backspace and repeat.

edited after changing the battery brand
Edited: I faced the below issues but I not only changed the battery from a generic one to a brand name battery, the mouse started to work perfectly. Aesthetically great but not functionality wise - the mouse keeps lagging and I have to keep reconnecting it.

Turns off when idle
It turns off after being idle for few minutes. Tried to restart it but it won't. I need to reconnect the battery for it to successfully turn on.
