I don't think this is for me because since I started taking it, I have had so much muscle pain. So I stopped it, and all my muscle pain was gone.

I have used the product and it seems fine. Small size allows easy ingestion and their quality was just fab. Smell was as expected. It is great value for money, not being able to determine vitamin content means just going along with what is stated on the packaging, however it seems very effective in addressing the deficiency... leaves peee looking yellowish which is expected.

I have had to take vitamin B1 since I was 11 years old prescribed by my GP for two conditions and it works. The B1 tablets then were tiny but my present GP refused to prescribe any vitamins for anyone except vitamin D. So I ordered them from the pharmacist.,They were tiny. The pharmacist increased the cost to an unreasonably high cost so I order online but the tablets are so large and round that they get stuck and I choke. I have to eat a piece of biscuit to swallow them. I have tried different generic makes but I cannot get the tiny tablets again. These work well tor me but the penalty is choking frightenely. Why are they so big?.
