I am doing some pool therapy after a leg injury. The therapist has me do some exercises using pool barbells for leg balance. I bought these for home and they work well. Same quality as the therapy place. One thing to make sure of is the size of the barbells as that dictates the “weight” or resistance they provide. The red and white ones are large so they will provide maximum resistance. If you are not ready for that, get a small or medium size which offer less resistance. The difference is noticeable. This seller offers different sizes so choose accordingly. Quality is good.

I bought these for water aerobics because no one else had these colors and I liked them. They easily hold my weight as we exercise. I haven't used them enough to know how long they will last but everything seems aturdy
