No hardware included even though the product description specifically says “ Easy to install with included hardware; Kit has everything you need to install”. Guess I’ll have to buy a separate hardware pack. Because of that I gave 1 star on ‘Easy to install”. Not easy when you don’t have the promised hardware.

I am displeased with the fact that you Can only buy 5 of these. You need at least 2 per shelf, so 5 is an unrealistic number. The shelving system is great, but I will continue to buy them from Home Depo where there is no limit.

Description states “hardware included”. No hardware was sent and the connector hardware is out of stock everywhere else. This makes it unusable.

Product description is incorrect. This does not include the necessary hardware to install. The connector and screws are missing and the connector is sold out everywhere.

Unable to use the product, NOTICE the price is per piece the picture shows a COMPLETE shelf. Purposely to mislead the customers understanding.So if you want to purchase this shelf double the price on each piece; because the picture advertised as a whole shelf, IT IS MISLEADING!!!!!
