Fantastic Computer for the Price
I ordered this PC in June on Prime Day and have been using it for casual gaming for the last few months. So far, I have really enjoyed my experience with this PC! The graphics card support medium-high quality graphics on games like Chivalry 2, GTA V, and it runs shader packs with ease for modded Minecraft. I am not a big AAA gamer, so I cannot attest to the quality that this PC runs their games. I would expect a trade off in graphics quality for speed so if you are looking for crisp clean graphics, a better graphics card might be what you want. One nice thing about this PC is that you CAN upgrade almost any part of it with ease. While I have yet to make any upgrade myself, the case is easy to open and all hardware is easy to access with lots of extra space for cooling and airflow. The LEDs are a nice touch and the cooling system is not too loud for my personal preference. I also want to mention that the shipping quality of this product was top notch and all parts were very securely packaged and the box is clearly advertised as having fragile contents. Overall this is the perfect introductory PC for anyone who casually games. If you are looking to get into steaming, you may want to consider making some aftermarket upgrades or buying a beefier desktop but for this price (even outside of the Prime Day deals) I would strongly recommend this to others.

Glad I got it, mad I took so long to get it!
It's biiig. It dwarfs my HP PC from 5 years ago. And it dwarfs it in power! My graphics adapter failed all the time in my old rig. I'm taxing this one and no problems at all. Easy to open and I added more memory but besides that it's a go. Pros: Pretty much everything. No complaints and the SSD is fast. Cons: There has to be done cost cutting, so a wireless mouse would have been nice. Also I have a CD of Drivers but the PC didn't have a CD ROM?? That's nitpicking though. I'm extremely happy with this PC. It can run everything I throw at it. I'm not a hardcore gamer so the card in the pc is fine. One more thing. Yes, I'm a 6 yr old. I spent at least an hour messing around with the damn lights! The colors, the speeds, the direction lol. Turning out the lights and taking pictures of them like I'm a tourist at the Aurora Borealis! Highly recommend.

Fantastic Computer For Whatever You Need!
This computer is amazing! The LEDs look great, they are dim enough to sleep with but still give off good light. It's a quiet computer, so it wont be insanely loud while you are using it. It runs games great, loads super fast, and has enough power that I can stream at good settings while playing at a great rate. The included keyboard does not change colors, which is a little sad but not a deal breaker in the slightest. The mouse however, is a bit of an issue. It changes colors constantly, which I personally love. But as of a few days ago, it has started to disconnect randomly, as in not registering when I try to move it. It has cost me a few lives in video games, which is a bit upsetting. I have not reached out to customer service to see about getting it replaced, but it only does it every now and then for a moment or two. Other than the mouse issue, this computer is amazing and I would highly recommend for anyone, especially if you are a new PC gamer.

CyberPowerHouse! ☺
It's been a long time since I built a PC, so I thought I would get a ready-made gamer version to handle more graphics intensive work. This machine seemed to have it all for a reasonable price in these chip-shortage times. Maybe eventually I'll play some GTA-V with mods on it! The Computer looked fine coming out of the box, no used items. I checked all the cables, plugs, cards, chips, and etc. before power on. No loose screws or unplugged items found. There are different kinds of DVI cables (this Radeon RX 550 card is DVI-D), unless you use an HDMI cable (which includes sound). I added another 8GB stick of RAM after initial set up and checks. The RAM installed in the unit is 1 stick of 8GB DDR4 3000MHz CL16 1.35V by Patriot - P48G3006UPSB. Pro gamers like to have 2 sticks minimum, for better frame rates (FPS). I'm no pro, but I was kind of surprised it did not come with 2 sticks of RAM (for a gamer PC) - but that was not a show stopper. The SSD and HDD came set up. Seems to be a pretty powerful PC even for office use. The colorful fans look nice. Plenty of USB connections. WI-FI and Bluetooth Antennas included. Radeon Bios were up to date out of the box. CPU is a AMD Ryzen 3 3100 4-Core processor. I was lucky and grabbed mine on prime day, and I'm happy with it. Observations: • No Packing foam installed to hold GPU Card during shipping (Gasp!) • Even with all these fans, it is Quiet! • Cable management looks good, unused plugs tucked out of sight. • I could not see what the power supply rating was, unless I disassembled the bottom of the case - which has a dust filter. • I did not see any other dust filters. • May Need Internet connection to set up Windows. • May Need Microsoft Account to set up Windows. • No DVI-D or HDMI cable supplied. • Keyboard has only white LEDs, but all the rest are RGB color. • RAM and drives are setup in the BIOS already. • No Bloatware installed. • Operating System (OS) is on the SSD - Good! • Has a little remote for the Case fan RGB color LEDs - Cool! • Handy USB's on the front of the case for game pads. • All of the parts look to be replaceable, so cool for right to repair and upgrades! • Comes with a CD of AMD utils, so you may need an external DVD/CD to read it. • See pictures for details. Update: • I tried to check the power supply again, but without unplugging ALL of the power cables, all I could see was that it was an Apevia Power Supply. • The CPU fan, Graphics card, and RAM (did) not have any RGB LEDs. • Added LED Strip kit from Apevia - which also made the RGB LEDs, Fans, and possibly the case for this Cyberpower PC. • Added the RAM RGB LED Kit (not controlled by the Apevia LED Controller) - plugged into the motherboard (5 VDC). • The RGB LED remote is an RF (Radio Frequency) unit vs. IR (Infrared). I used the extra parts from the Apevia RGB Fans kit to make a CPU fan LED ring. See added pictures & short clip. • The bottom RGB fan on the front of the case was 90 degrees off from the top 2 fans. RGB LED Light show was a tiny bit of mismatch - Fixed. • Got a new RGB Keyboard, and some nice white speakers. • The inside of the computer kind of looks like a pinball or pachinko machine, so I added some items to look at. - Added the Robot and Car for visual interest - (with added head & tail lights powered by the USB and controlled by a buck converter down to 3.7 VDC). • After a few days, I had to Activate the version (10 Home) of Windows. The Cyberpower support site has instructions. • There is a small dust filter at the bottom of the front cover. • Covered exposed color power supply cables with some black electrical tape to make the inside of the case all black. • I am still satisfied that this computer can do more than I need with the (now) 16GB of dual channel RAM. Disclaimer: • These are my observations as an old school computer geek, not a YouTube tech personality/influencer.

Video card failure. Terrible customer support.
The video card completely failed after just 4 months. The fans stopped spinning, it stopped sending signal... total card death. When I contacted customer support for a warranty replacement, I discovered their policy is to make the customer pay for all of the shipping of the broken parts. Both sending in the bad part, and receiving the new one. They do not offer dropship/cross-ship, which means I have to send the broken part in... then they will determine if it's ACTUALLY broken. Actually broken? Their return time has no guarantee and it could be up to two weeks AFTER they receive the broken part before they will determine the next step... which means likely, I'll be without a computer for a month, and that's if they decide to actually help at all. Compared to competitors pricing and service levels ... I would never recommend buying from CyberPower.

Value Has Changed
I purchased this PC June of 2021 for a total of $635, which for a GT 1030, A320 Board, 8gb of 3000mhz ram, and an 80 plus gold 600 watt PSU is a great deal. If you were to buy all these parts separate it would cost around $700-$720. But I went back to it today to see how much it was costing now for the same components and I am very surprised to see it going for $959 which is definitely not worth it for these parts, I would advise against buying this for a grand, but I still acknowledge inflation and the lack of pc parts to go around. When it comes to performance I am fully satisfied and can run all the games I want to at frames that I like; GTA 5: 45-80FPS, CSGO: 100+FPS, Black Ops 2: 60FPS This is more of an entry level pc for those interested in getting into pc gaming, what is great is how easy it is to upgrade this unit, just throw an extra stick of ram in here or an upgraded GPU will turn the pc into a better machine.

Great starter PC for the price!
I bought this PC for both gaming, homework/work. Let me preface this by saying that I have never owned a PC before, nor did I have the knowledge to build my own. I had a friend help me better understand the specs, but even they said that this seemed like a solid bet. I am extremely happy with the product's performance so far! It runs games smoothly, is extremely fast (which is great for homework), and looks really sleek. I enjoy the lighting effects that come with the motherboard, as well as the remote that allows you to play around with the colors and movement of the lights. Additionally, the setup came with a keyboard and mouse, so I didn't have to worry about purchasing anything extra right away. The mouse did come with a faulty extra button, but it does not effect regular use. Overall, I would highly recommend this product for beginners who want to get started with a PC, but may not necessarily know where to start.

Bought on Prime Day
To be honest, as ridiculous as this may sound, The main reason I bought this specific model is because the case is white and it was on sale. I mostly use my desktop to browse online, some streaming like YouTube and playing Sims 4 with all expansions and moderately modded. My last PC was just over 5 years old and was getting sluggish so I started looking around for one last year. Last Prime Day I got an awesome 32" Monitor (white) but no luck with the desktop until this year. I am really happy with the easy setup. probably the fastest setup I have ever experienced. Practically ready to go out of the box. I also really love the ability to turn the lights off. My desk is in my bedroom and it can be really distracting for sleep, my last PC had only red lights that were dimmable but not able to turn off. It did take a long time to ship, this was really disappointing. When I added to my cart it was 2 day shipping but I shopped around more and added a few more things and I must have missed my window because suddenly the shipping was 16 days out. But that would be a rating for the seller, not the product, I was just anxious! Overall I really like this computer, it makes next to no noise, is not heavy, has not gotten remotely hot, looks great, 6 USB ports and is quick enough for what I use it for. If there are any significant changes I will update but as of now I would recommend. Sorry to all the more serious PC people who would like more info on the performance and specs, I just don't know.
