Not saying yours will but seller had it packaged well and works and looks very good. Needed something for a work computer dell and for the price cant beat it.

I ordered this dock to streamline my setup, and bring a sense of order to my desk. However, this thing absolutely SCREAMS, and the fan is always at 100% even under zero load. I called Dell to see if there was something that could be done to fix this issue, and upon giving them the service tag for the dock I was told that it's "no longer under warranty" and if I'd like help from Dell then I'd need to pony up some cash for their warranty program. WHY WOULD ANYONE BUY A 5+ YEAR OLD DOCK WHEN YOU CAN BUY ONE BRAND NEW FROM DELL FOR $30 MORE? This seller should honestly be ashamed, and I'll absolutely be returning this jet engine of dock ASAP. Lesson learned, buy directly from Amazon, or from the manufacturer.

Works well with my Dell XPS 15. I hear the fan turning on & off often, which my original one didn't do. (Which is probably why the old one went out). I'm very pleased with the product.

The WD19TB was described as new, but the unit I received appears to be refurbished. The bodies of the dock and power supply show some wear, and the box they came in did not look like the typical Dell box and did not include any Dell papers. The power supply did not power on, so I don't know if the dock works. Checking the service tag, the unit was aged out of warranty service in 2013. I took a gamble on this hoping it was a good deal, but am returning the unit ASAP.

Have had it in use for under 3 months and the ethernet port is melted and will not work. I'm lucky it didn't start on fire as I can see where it got very hot.

While transitioning between work from home to the future "Hybrid" model I decided to get out and buy some gear for my home office that I had gotten used and would need to take back to the office such as a docking station. Thinking I would eventually get a better performing laptop with Thunderbolt 3 I decided to invest in the WD19TB instead of opting for the work provided Dell D6000. The long story short is don't expect an upgrade to be as good as what you are upgrading from. I use my work provided Inspiron13 7000 2-in-1 that has a USB-C connector with the D6000 and 2 4K monitors using Display Port and I also had my laptop screen on at the same time. This setup worked fine and I have never gotten any issues. When I received the WD19TB tried hooking it up only to find that I could not use 2 4K monitors using the same configuration. I went through all the driver updates, BIOS updates and docking station updates possible and still it would not work. I could only used one of the monitors in 4K and the other would have to be in 1080. I tried changing to HDMI, using a dongle to use the display usb output of the device, and all other configurations I could think about but nothing worked. I checked the User Guide documentation online and sure enough it states that if you computer is not using thunderbolt but instead is a USB-C port the device would not be able to support 2 monitors at 4K. I called DELL services and they straight up told me it would not work with my laptop. I wish this product worked ! But for some reason a "lesser" dock with less features is outperforming something I paid a premium for in order to plan for future use. I ultimately will return this product and continue my search for a docking station.

Problema solucionado con la resolución de mi monitor, ahora si admite la resolución (5120 x1440) 5K. Adicionalmente tengo 2 pantallas más de 24 pulgadas. Es la mejor compra sin duda, encima lo utilizo como carga para mi portatil Dell.

Per chi ha un Dell XPS 17 o un laptop o un PC di fascia alta non prenda in considerazione altro che questo prodotto. Anche se alcune cinesate funzionano discretamente con una spesa di circa 50 euro, assolutamente non sono paragonabili alla stabilità del WD19TB in grado di fornire un'alimentazione adeguata anche ai laptop più energivori, una completezza di porta di input/output e una tripla connessione con monitor esterni 4K senza nessuna incertezza. Con altri hub economici, inserire una periferica USB significava a volte perdere la connessione video con i monitor o il non funzionamento di tutte le periferiche connesse. Oppure ancora costretto a settare come scheda video principale la RTX accelerata per avere la gestione di 2 monitor HDMI in 4K. Con il WD19TB tutto viene gestito tranquillamente anche con la scheda video integrata senza perdere un colpo. È decisamente ingombrante e al suo interno ospita anche una ventola. Pensato per il desktop, problematico da portare appresso. Per le trasferte (dove non si ha bisogno di collegarsi a 2-3 monitor) meglio hub più economici.

J'ai remplace mon TB16 par celui-ci quelques semaines auparavant, pour un usage sous Windows et Linux avec un XPS13. Verdict : tout est parfait. Un câble qui remplace tous les autres. - Pas de problèmes de plug-and-play. - Le câble est assez long (contrairement au TB16...). - Très bonne compatibilité Windows et Linux. Les mises a jour de son firmware sont supportées nativement (fwupd). - Ne limite pas la bande passante lorsque la charge est élevée. J'ai eu des problèmes avec le TB16 à ce sujet (souris/clavier désactivés lors de copies de gros fichiers....). Bref, super produit, malgré un prix exorbitant...

Ich nutze die Docking Station mit einem DELL XPS 15 7590. Bei mir funktioniert die Docking Station problemlos. Angeschlossen habe ich USB Geräte, einen 1920x1080p Monitor und ein 2560x1440p Monitor und mein Ethernet Kabel. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Docking Station. Einzige Anmerkung: Mehr als 60Hz für angeschlossene Monitore scheint nicht möglich zu sein. Für mich kein Problem, mein DELL XPS 15 ist kein Gaming Laptop, sondern wird für Office Arbeiten genutzt. Ein externes Thunderbolt 3 Gerät mit der Docking Station zu betreiben, konnte ich leider noch nicht testen, weil ich keines besitze. Ich habe mir trotzdem diese, etwas teurere Docking Station gekauft, denn Thunderbolt 3 ist seit Jahren auf dem Vormarsch und diese Docking Station ist zukunftssicher! In meinen Augen eine gute Docking Station für kompatible DELL Laptops!

Funciona bien, pero el artículo no es nuevo, se ve que se limpió polvo con trapo. El empaque no es el de la marca y no trae todos los cables que trae el artículo nuevo de fabricante. Tiene 2 días que lo instalé y funciona bien. Espero que siga así.
