Is this brand cruelty free?

I have just checked on google it is vegan and cruelty free :)

Does this set include a top and base coat and then 18 colours?

No you have 3 big bottles a base, shiny top coat and matte top coat. And then 20 small bottles of colours

I have just used mine today for the first time, the base coat was so thick it came out lumpy which made it hard to get a smooth finish?

I have never had that issue and have used Beetles on several different purchases-I would return for another one. Sounds like a dodgy batch.

Are this products still available for sale in eu? all products are unavailable for some time and i really like them. thanks

Dear, Yes. We sell it on UK Amazon. You can search B08JFTLF9X on UK Amazon. Kind regards
