It says for pasta but can be used for all sorts. Mum used to make a batter for courgette flowers - delicious.

Better then just 00 flour
I have used caputo 00 blue classic pasta flour with good results for making pasta, but this flour is heads and shoulders above. I use the kitchen aid pasta maker and the dough is much easier to work with then just 00. It’s ready to form pasta with minimal kneading.

Perfect for pasta
Great flavour. I combine 00 flour with semolina flour to make my pasta. Consistently great pasta- tagliatelle, ravioli and tortellini. Skills are still developing but the pasta tastes great, good colour and texture.
