Yes it did the job

Works on plastic gas tank. The tank was separating at the seam where the 2 halves were put together. Pushed the material in the sea as best I could, then coated with about 1/16" along the seam. Let it harden for 48 hours before filling with water to check for leaks. No leaks!

I repaired a plastic gas tank on a truck that had been dragged on the road due to a strap failure. The damaged spot was approximately 2 square inches but only a half inch spot was rubbed completely through , I followed the instructions and it worked great, easy to use

Horrible product. I bought a couple of these to fix some cracks in my sons dirt bike tank. I completely drained and cleaned out the tank and prepped the surface area very well. I then followed the instructions and applied the product to the tank. I waited a full day and filled the tank with water and everything seemed good. I then emptied the tank and filled it with gas and again everything seemed good so I was super happy with it.The next day I went out and the tank was dripping and gas was seeping right through the product. If I hadn't used it all I would return it but I am now going to work on removing it and finding another way to fix the tank. Unfortunately I can't find another tank for this bike so I am stuck trying to fix it.
