When my original power supply for the dell laptop suddenly died, I got a replacement PS on here, but it was an offbrand. It worked well enough for a year, and still KIND of works, but the laptop no longer charges because the voltage is off. So I got this one, an actual Dell brand. A touch more expensive, but my laptop charges now. At least this is affordable. Lord help me if I had an Apple.

The adapter works great, though we've replaced this adapter 3 times previously. The weakness is at the barrel connector and wire. The computer simply stops charging or intermittently charges. The upside is that the charger is much cheaper than computer repair.

One of the reviews on here said something about this being a made-in-China knock-off. The original charger as you can see in my picture on the left was also made in China. I'm not sure if it was the same review, but someone also mentioned that it did not light up. The light actually annoys me when I'm trying to use it at night so I was okay with that, but mine worked fine. As you can see they look almost identical. The layout of the label on this one is different for some reason. Anyways it works fine and it was a heck of a lot cheaper than buying it from Dell. Do recommend.

After ordering two other chargers that said it would work for my laptop but did not even come close to being correct I was worried that this would be the same story. To my surprise it was the correct charger and works just like the one that came with my laptop! Thanks goodness. I don't see any difference between this charger and the original. It appears to be of good quality. It works and gives a quick charge. No issues with it at all, no complaints. Hopefully I don't need to order another any time soon but if I do I would order again. I would also order from this seller for other items if needed.

The one I received seems to work fine on a Dell XPS13 9360, but what you actually get seems pretty random going by the other reviews. In any case, "Original Dell" is nonsense, it's obviously a generic power brick like any other. On the unit I received, the cable end at least does have a (always on) white LED molded into it like the real one, and the brick is compact and rounded, though other buyers have apparently been getting square boxy ones without LEDs.

Bought to replace the original and its an exact oem replacement.

1 star for the product, 5 stars for Amazon and Vendor.Purchased this for a XPS 13 9360 back in Jan 2019. Yesterday it stop working all of a sudden. Contacted vendor to get a refund or a replacement. Vendor gave me the option to get a refund or to contact Amazon. I decided to call Amazon and initially Amazon sent me to Dell and Dell sent me to Amazon. I have called back to Amazon and they will send me a new one :-)However, this is such a nice laptop and it is sad to say that the charger is such low quality charger. I would prefer the brick model than this fancy design. At least there are more reliable (I have another XPS 13 with the brick looking charger and it has worked well for >2yrs).Nov 15th 2020 updated - the unit that was received in Jan 2019 now is not working at all. I just cant think on why these units fail so early. So two in a row of these AC adapters not lasting very long. :-(

Arrived fast, plugged it in worked as advertised, last one lasted about two years before I tripped over the cord and broke it.
