Best 8" Woofer for your money!
This little guy thumps... I have it wired to a 1-ohm load connected to a Skar mono block 800-watt RMS amp... Please note the speaker is 600 watts RMS, and it's always better to have more power from your amp than you need; just turn the gain down... It's pretty incredible how good it sounds in the vented Skar SPL box. I put it under the helm of my boat, and you would think I have two 12's in it. You would be hard-pressed to find a better value for your money.

Mixed feelings
Stepped up to the zvx...evl I have mixed emotions on...they sound good pump hard..but dust cover on one I had to speaker glue back on after 2 months...the other one I bought surround split after a month...one has caught fire so I stepped it up to the zvx...fixed the newer evl with speaker glue around the surround...I love Skar and want to give them a chance with the zvx...we will see..I've been installing for years and I know these issues weren't user error...just bad quality on the surround and dust covers..ps: I believe the speaker caught on fire because of the dust..not for sure but you know who knows what the hell happened..I've been playing this speaker for over a year and shortly after the dust cover popped off it caught 🔥

Well worth the money, i would buy them again
These speakers are bad ass. I have always ran 12's with every system I've had up to this point, which has been quite a few. With the amount of space i was working with in my 2016 Ram 3500 mega cab, i decided to go with 10's for this build. Im running a planet audio 3000 watt, 1 ohm stable amp to these 2 10's wired to 1 ohm and i am very impressed and super happy with the way they sound. This is one of the hardest hitting systems I've ever built and only spent a little under $800. These speakers are definitely the way to go for the bass of 12's in a 10" package.

build quality is excellent, sound is deep and controlled
What an animal! Tried to get one from America but postage and taxes just made it too difficult and expensive. Now they are available in the U.K. build quality is excellent, sound is deep and controlled, I am still in the run in period as these cones/suspension are very stiff. With 50mm of travel and big surround this thing is already shaking. Using my trusty American bass 2500md delivering a good 900-1000W @ 2 ohms. I thought my jl audio 10w6v3 sounded deep and powerful, but now it's on early retirement!
