Are both mirrors convex or just one? (Would really like to have a flat mirror for the driver's side.)

I've purchased two sets of these. The mirrors I received are convex, not flat.

Will these fit 2019 yamaha viking vi ranch edition?

I'm not familiar with the Yamaha Viking so can't say it will. This mirror will work with any 1.75" or 2.0" tube framing as long as you can position the mirrors to function as needed.

Will this fit a can am ryker?

if the rails are 1.75" to 2" and are round, it should work ok.

Will these work on a 2020 General?

Yes they work on any vehicle that has a roll bar of 1 3/4 inch to 2 inches. Your General has a 2" roll bar set up.
