I used this to mount a hanging head into a joist. It's solid, doesn't squeak too much with rotation, and the included lag screws are solid. I feel comfortable sitting with my child in the chair and swinging around.

These are great! I purchased them to hang a hammock chair, they are solid and secure, and they swivel so this hit the mark on every expectation. I have no concerns with holding up to weight capacity. I would definitely recommend this product. The only negative would be they are a bit more expensive than I would normally buy, that being said I would buy this again.
