Really enjoying

Loved this book. Well written by David. Lesson here...always treat everyone the same. ..you never know who you are dealing with. Well Done David. Loved it.

David is down to earth and very likeable. I enjoyed this autobiography and learned a lot more about him..He's had a full, busy life and a happy one as well. He and his wife Lorne are a good team and care about each other. A good read 👍

I really enjoyed 'David Dickinson,The Duke, What a Bobby Dazzler!'I found it entertaining and enthralling and David Dickinson has certainly lead an interesting life and he's lived life to the full. At first on picking up his autobiography I assumed I was going to be reading a brash life story on his life both before and after his Bargain Hunt fame. But he handles beautifully the story of his adoption and how he came to terms with this and his reconcilation with his blood family too. I also enjoyed and was thorougly entertained by his tales of his wife's career as an entertainer and singer on the international cabaret circuit. I now watch Bargain Hunt fully appreciative of David Dickinson's talents and I realise there is certainly something special about this particular Bobby Dazzler! This is one of the best celebrity autobiographies in such a long time. Here's to the Duke!

A truly amazing life story, full of warmth and human interest. Inspirational and a reminder to never give upon the pursuit of happiness and the nice things in life!

Great book detailing a varied career of a popular TV presenter

Excellent read really enjoyed past book on to a friend much better than I thought

I have been watching David D. on BBC America for over a year and I am a real fan of his show, Bargain Hunt. I greatly enjoyed reading his book and learning more about him. He has taken what life has brought him and made a great success out of his experiences, good and bad. I wish I could meet him and be a contestant on Bargain Hunt. Here's to the Duke!

Great read

A great biography about one of Britain's most talented antigue dealers and "showman". He is real and very much a character. His has facets to his personality that make him unique in today's business world. Great read!
