Well made product
Very pleased with these post bases. Not sure if the fixings are rust resistant. I chose to use stainless steel bolts.

Size is not compatible with standard post sizes
Make sure you can get posts of this size otherwise you’ll spend a lot of time cutting the timber to fit into this bracket. Otherwise works well

Watch the sizes
Ok so the product is sleek for a post holder which is why I chose them. However, be careful of the sizes. 3.6 x 3.6in holders which supports a 4 x 4in post. Hmmm... How does that work? States it's easy to install but when you have to shave down your post from 4in to fit into the 3.6in post holder, this may not be so easy for some or even most; Or am I missing something here?Instructions enclosed only show you how to bolt the items down and together.

These do not take standard square section posts....which are either 3in or 4in, no one sells 3.6in
therefore useless!

Nice product but be prepared to plane down the 4x4 post for them to fit!
Not true to size.Had to use a planer to get the posts to fit.Look good and nice product, but sizing all wrong.
