Easy, and above all not messy, one can set the flame as he,/ she wants (turn the lid right or left like for a BBQ, more oxygen or less), and when you had enough fondue, then just drop the lid on and voila! No more gel on your hands or on the table cloth, no risk of pouring some on the table cloth either! A fantastic invention, but please make it recyclable!
