I've been using this brand over my CGMs from the beginning which was about 14 months ago. It took me a bit of time to figure out the best way to apply the CGMs without the removal being exceedingly painful as I have a genetic condition that causes my skin to easily tear, bruise, and of course - be allergic to almost all adhesives.So, the method I found that works best for me is: I start with an Expression Med underpatch, then apply the CGM, then apply an Expression Med tape (the one with a hole in the middle where the Libre 3 pokes out), then I apply a small 3D printed plastic cap that I bought on Etsy (so I don't get pressure lows when I'm sleeping), and THEN I apply an overpatch over the whole project. It's quite a thing & requires a second pair of hands, but it isn't bulky at all, and it only hurts where this overpatch has a border on the outside of the Expression Med tape. And it is otherwise unmovable.I was using this brand's tan overpatches (and covering up all the cute/pretty designs of the Expression Med tapes).I had ordered more of this brand's overpatches when my kiddo went on a CGM. Inside the package was an insert offering a free trial of one of their products. Heck yeah. Since I was tired of always looking like I had a bandage on my arm, I decided to try the clear ones - and honestly I thought I would be allergic and develop hives. I did not, much to my delight.On top of that, this clear overpatch didn't fray at the edges at all, unlike the cloth overpatch they offer. It stays in place and kind of shrinks down around the CGM making it even more secure.So, did I get the product for free? Yes. Am I writing a glowing review about it bc it was free? No.Honestly, these patches are amazing and I'm really glad they gave me a free trial. This is the one I will be buying from here on.

Second time I’ve ordered these. They work well to protect my Libre2 sensor for 2 weeks and they always arrive promptly.

Sometimes I get a pack of these that are perfect, and sometimes I get a pack of them that the white part on the back doesn’t even have any slits, which makes it a tad difficult to put on. They do work perfectly and do their job protecting my sensor though. I feel safe being in the water with these, which is the main reason I use them. They are DEFINITELY sticky. I almost wouldn’t recommend to people who have sensitive skin. I’ve been using these for over a year and it still stings sometimes when removing them.

The patch is designed for libre sensor but it worked perfectly fine for Medtronic GL3. The center has no glue so even though some of the sticky parts of the patch will touch the transmitter, the amount of glue left on it to clean after you take it off is almost none. The patch stayed on full 7 days without lifting from the edges. I did noticed that is important to smooth out very neatly over the patch edges when applying for better results. This is a very thin material so it can be a little tricky when applying especially when applying on arm, but once is on is on. The price is reasonable and gives me piece of mind that my sensor will stay in place. This may sound irrelevant for some people but for reference I shower twice daily, and it holds up very good. Also, when is sensor change day, the pull on the skin to take the patch off is not bad at all.

The quality of the adhesive is good against the skin but if you have any problems with it coming undone or if you have to peel it off, it could pull the sensor loose. The whole surface is adhesive. I thought the center might not have adhesive against the sensor. If the adhesive starts to peel back, it does say in the instructions to cut the excess off. But if you want to peel the whole thing off, it's very difficult. So plan on having to replace the sensor which isn't cheap.

This product came with no instructions. I went through 2 of them just trying to get it on. It looked terrible, crooked and wrinkled. When my other brand came, I tried to take it off. It was so hard to get off and stuck to the freestyle libre. We had to cut it off because it was going to pull off the device. These are unable to be returned so I am left with just throwing them away. The only positive thing I have to say is that I went swimming and it was waterproof.

These patches went on very easily. I like that they are clear and therefore less noticeable. I didn't have any lifting. It did get some lint around the edges, but that didn't affect performance. It stayed completely waterproof. I would definitely buy these again.

Thin, easy to apply and stays on.
