Perfect for repairing tubeless bicycle tires
I use these to repair punctures or cuts in bike tires that are too large for sealant or as a more permanent replacement for the rope-style plugs that I would apply trail-side.Smaller cuts do need to be prepped a bit so that the lead wire can be pulled all the way through. I peel off to expose the compound and dry off surface of tire reasonably well. The pressure keeps plug in place and it self adheres to the tire wall (sealant in the tire might help with this too).

Patch your own Harley tires!
Harley dealerships and tire repair shops are useless in your time of need. Useless. Harley doesn’t patch tires, they sell u a new tire for 380 bucks with install. Yeah ok. And tire shops can’t fit the tires into changing machine. If you buy a harbor freight bead breaker and tire spoons this can be done. You only need to take one side off, leave other sidewall on!!! Just burr the area evenly and apply cement until it’s tacky , not dry! Press Plug for a few minutes and reinstall tire. It’s a pain but getting ripped off at dealer hurts more. Plenty of How to videos. If u have a emergency tire plug installed now, LEAVE IT IN! That sucker isn’t coming out. If it’s holding psi, just leave it in but no highway riding until you’re up for new tire. Just select correct size plug for puncture wound.

I don't recommend for a motorcycle
And tire rotation of 30mph and less. Just don't trust it for that high speed. But thats just me

Great way to plug a hole in tubeless tire.
I couldn't get a traditional rope plug to permanently seal on a mountain bike tire. This did the trick and saved me replacing a relatively new $70 tire. It threads from the inside through the hole and the head of the plug keeps the inside pressure from expelling the plug.

perfect for nail or thorn punctures
these small plug w small patch are perfect for nail or thorn punctures. i like that the pilot hole requires is small. Have used several on ATV tires and the held well to severe use w low pressure flexing tires on Kawasaki Mule. So far so good.

Saved a New Motorcycle Tire
Got a hole in your new motorcycle tire? Local shop won't fix it? Don't worry, get these patches, some vulcanizing cement, and some inner sealant and do it yourself. These patches fill the hole and seal the inside of the tire-no worries. Patching a tire does lower its speed rating by one, but otherwise there are no problems.
