Didn't need hinge
The hinge would have cost about $17 and the plate might not have been included. The plate was a better design because the screw in the far back (original plate) put more strain on the two front screws which is where the original broke. The new plate had the rear hole moved up toward the middle lending more support to the two front screws. It took about 5 minutes to install and fit fine.

Saved me from paying $25 for a whole new hinge.
The face frame mounting plate on my bifold KraftMade kitchen cabinet door broke. The rest of the hinge was OK. Finding just this piece saved me from paying for a new hinge. Easy to install: took 5 minutes.
