Q: The heat will b great fir my fibromyalgia and arthritis but do u think the round jade disc will hurt me w my fibro. Anything that puts pressure on me.

I also suffer with fibromyalgia. I ordered the large mat and really liked it but sent back the twin size because I found it to be incredibly uncomfortable. It's much firmer and the disks are larger on the twin size. My healthy roommate also thought the twin was very uncomfortable and prefers the large.

Q: what is the cover made of?

I am not exactly sure but it is mesh/weaved material. We put ours under a mattress topper and it works great.

Q: Can you add a thicker topping pad to make it more comfortable?

Yes, I put a comforter on top of it so I don't feel the jade discs. The infrared and warmth still come through just fine.

Q: How is it working after regular use?

One side of mine stopped working and I received this Dec 2020.
